Claims (20)
- 메인필터 및 프리필터를 포함하는 자동차용 흡기 필터에 있어서,
상기 프리필터는 평균 밀도가 0.01~0.5 g/cm3인 합성섬유 부직포를 포함하되, 상기 프리필터 및 메인필터에 각각 평균 입경이 1~25 nm인 실리카로 이루어진 흡습제가 흡착되어 있고,
상기 프리필터에 흡착된 흡습제의 총흡착량은 20~30 g/cm2이고,
상기 메인필터에 흡착된 흡습제의 총흡착량은 70~80 g/cm2인 것을 특징으로 하는 장수명 자동차용 흡기 필터.
- 메인필터 및 프리필터를 포함하는 자동차용 흡기 필터에 있어서,
상기 프리필터는,
평균 밀도가 0.031~0.5 g/cm3인 제1 합성섬유 부직포층; 및
평균 밀도가 0.01~0.03 g/cm3인 제2 합성섬유 부직포층;
을 포함하되,
상기 프리필터 및 메인필터에 각각 평균 입경이 1~25 nm인 실리카로 이루어진 흡습제가 흡착되어 있고,
상기 프리필터에 흡착된 흡습제의 총흡착량은 20~30 g/cm2이고,
상기 메인필터에 흡착된 흡습제의 총흡착량은 70~80 g/cm2인 것을 특징으로 하는 장수명 자동차용 흡기 필터.

상기 프리필터는 두께가 20~70 mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 장수명 자동차용 흡기 필터.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 합성섬유 부직포는 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 60~70 중량% 및 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트 30~40 중량%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장수명 자동차용 흡기 필터.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 합성섬유 부직포는 평균기공 크기가 300~1000 ㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 장수명 자동차용 흡기 필터.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 제1 및 제2 합성섬유 부직포층은 각각 두께가 10~35 mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 장수명 자동차용 흡기 필터.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 메인필터는,
평균기공 크기가 30~50 ㎛인 합성섬유 부직포를 포함하는 조밀층;
상기 조밀층 상에 형성된 평균기공 크기가 50~150 ㎛인 합성섬유 부직포를 포함하는 중간층; 및
상기 중간층 상에 형성된 평균기공 크기가 250~350 ㎛인 합성섬유 부직포를 포함하는 벌키층;을 포함하는 장수명 자동차용 흡기 필터.
- 삭제
- 제10항에 있어서,
상기 조밀층은 평균밀도가 0.08~0.15 g/cm3이고, 두께가 0.3~1.5 mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 장수명 자동차용 흡기 필터.
- 제10항에 있어서,
상기 중간층은 평균밀도가 0.04~0.1 g/cm3이고, 두께가 0.5~1.5 mm 인 것을 특징으로 하는 장수명 자동차용 흡기 필터.
- 제10항에 있어서,
상기 벌키층은 평균밀도가 0.02~0.07 g/cm3이고, 두께가 1~2.5 mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 장수명 자동차용 흡기 필터.
- (a) 합성섬유를 카딩한 후 부직포 형태의 웹(web)을 형성하는 단계;
(b) 상기 웹을 니들펀칭 공정으로 결합시키는 단계;
(c) 상기 결합된 웹을 프레스롤을 통과시켜 메인필터 및 프리필터를 각각 형성하는 단계;
(d) 상기 메인필터 및 상기 프리필터를 흡습제 용액에 각각 함침시키는 단계;
(e) 상기 함침된 메인필터 및 프리필터를 각각 건조시키는 단계; 및
(f) 상기 메인필터 상에 상기 프리필터를 적층시켜 흡기필터를 제조하는 단계;
를 포함하고,
상기 프리필터 및 메인필터에 각각 평균 입경이 1~25 nm인 실리카로 이루어진 흡습제가 흡착되어 있고,
상기 프리필터에 흡착된 흡습제의 총흡착량은 20~30 g/cm2이고,
상기 메인필터에 흡착된 흡습제의 총흡착량은 70~80 g/cm2인 것을 특징으로 하는 장수명 자동차용 흡기 필터의 제조방법.
- 제15항에 있어서,
상기 (c) 단계에서 프리필터는 평균 밀도가 0.01~0.5 g/cm3인 합성섬유 부직포를 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장수명 자동차용 흡기 필터의 제조방법.
- 제15항에 있어서,
상기 (c) 단계에서 프리필터는 평균 밀도가 0.031~0.5 g/cm3인 제1 합성섬유 부직포 및 평균 밀도가 0.01~0.03 g/cm3인 제2 합성섬유 부직포를 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장수명 자동차용 흡기 필터의 제조방법.
- 제15항에 있어서,
상기 (c) 단계에서 메인필터는 평균기공 크기가 30~50 ㎛인 합성섬유 부직포를 포함하는 조밀층;
상기 조밀층 상에 형성된 평균기공 크기가 50~150 ㎛인 합성섬유 부직포를 포함하는 중간층; 및
상기 중간층 상에 형성된 평균기공 크기가 250~350 ㎛인 합성섬유 부직포를 포함하는 벌키층;
을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장수명 자동차용 흡기 필터의 제조방법.
- 제15항에 있어서,
상기 (d) 단계에서는 흡습제 용액은 실리카로 이루어진 흡습제가 콜로이드 상태로 분산된 용액인 것을 특징으로 하는 장수명 자동차용 흡기 필터의 제조방법.
- 제15항에 있어서,
상기 (e) 단계에서 건조는 40~100 ℃의 온도에서 3~7 시간 동안 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장수명 자동차용 흡기 필터의 제조방법.
