도 1은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 전기변색소자를 나타낸 단면도이다.
도 2는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 상대전극의 제조방법을 나타낸 순서도 이다.
도 3는 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 전기변색소자를 나타낸 단면도이다.
Claims (14)
- 서로 이격되어 마주하는 제1 기판 및 제2 기판;
상기 제1 기판과 상기 제2 기판 사이의 전해질층;
상기 제1 기판과 상기 전해질층 사이의 제1 전극;
상기 제2 기판과 상기 전해질층 사이의 제2 전극;
상기 제1 전극과 상기 전해질층 사이의 전기변색층; 및
상기 제2 전극과 상기 전해질층 사이의 상대전극을 포함하고, 상기 상대전극은 실리콘 태양전지인 전기변색소자.
- 제 1항에 있어서.
상기 태양전지는 실리콘 양자점 태양전지인 전기변색소자.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 실리콘은 실리콘 질화물, 실리콘 탄화물, 비정질실리콘 또는 다결정실리콘 중에서 적어도 하나를 포함하는 전기변색소자.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 상대전극은 수소이온을 포함하는 전기변색소자.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 상대전극은,
붕소(B), 알루미늄(Al) 또는 갈륨(Ga) 중에서 적어도 하나로 도핑된 제1 도펀트층; 및
인(P), 비소(As) 또는 안티모니(Sb) 중에서 적어도 하나로 도핑된 제2 도펀트층을 포함하는 전기변색소자.
- 제1 기판 및 제2 기판을 제공하고;
상기 제1 기판과 상기 제2 기판 사이에 전해질층을 제공하고;
상기 제1 기판과 상기 전해질층 사이에 제 1 전극을 제공하고;
상기 제2 기판과 상기 전해질층 사이에 제2 전극을 제공하고;
상기 제1 전극과 상기 전해질층 사이에 전기변색층을 제공하고; 그리고
상기 제2 전극과 상기 전해질층 사이에 상대전극을 제공하되,
상기 상대전극은
실리콘 양자점을 포함하는 실리콘 막을 형성하는 것;
상기 실리콘 막 내에 불순물을 도핑시키는 것; 및
상기 불순물이 도핑된 상기 실리콘 막을 열처리하는 것을 포함하는 전기변색소자 제조방법.
- 제 6항에 있어서,
상기 실리콘 양자점을 포함하는 실리콘 막을 형성하는 것은 제1 도펀트 실리콘막을 형성하는 것 및 제2 도펀트 실리콘막을 형성하는 것을 포함하는 전기변색소자 제조방법.
- 제 7항에 있어서,
상기 실리콘 막 내에 상기 불순물을 도핑시키는 것은,
상기 제1 도펀트 실리콘막을 붕소(B), 알루미늄(Al) 또는 갈륨(Ga) 중에서 적어도 하나로 도핑시키고, 상기 제2 도펀트 실리콘막을 인(P), 비소(As) 또는 안티모니(Sb) 중에서 적어도 하나로 도핑시키는 전기변색소자 제조방법.
- 제 6항에 있어서,
상기 실리콘 양자점을 포함하는 실리콘 막을 형성하는 것은, 플라즈마증진화학기상 증착법(PECVD, Plasma Enhanced Chemical Vapor Deposition), 대기압 화학기상 증착법(APCVD, Atmospheric Pressure CVD), 저압 화학기상 증착법(LPCVD, Low Pressure CVD) 또는 금속 유기물 화학기상 증착법(MOCVD, Metal Organic CVD)에 의하여 1100도 이하에서 수행되는 전기변색소자 제조방법.
- 제1 기판 상의 제1 전극;
상기 제1 전극 상의 태양에너지를 전기에너지로 변환시키는 상대전극;
상기 상대전극 상의 전해질층;
상기 전해질층 상의 상기 상대전극과 전기적으로 연결된 전기변색층;
상기 전기변색층 상의 제2 전극; 및
상기 제2 전극 상의 제2 기판을 포함하고,
상기 상대전극은 수소이온이 함유된 실리콘막을 포함하는 전기변색소자.
- 제 10항 있어서.
상기 전기변색층은 산화변색물질 또는 환원변색물질을 포함하는 전기변색소자.
- 제 11항에 있어서,
상기 산화변색물질은 바나듐(V) 산화물, 크롬(Cr) 산화물, 망간(Mn) 산화물, 철(Fe) 산화물, 코발트(Co) 산화물, 니켈(Ni) 산화물, 로듐(Rh) 산화물 또는 이리듐(Ir) 산화물 중에서 적어도 하나를 포함하는 전기변색소자.
- 제 11항에 있어서,
상기 환원변색물질은 티타늄(Ti) 산화물, 구리(Cu) 산화물, 몰리브덴(Mo) 산화물, 텅스텐(W) 산화물, 나이오븀(Nb) 산화물 또는 탄탈륨(Ta) 산화물 중에서 적어도 하나를 포함하는 전기변색소자.
- 제 10항 있어서,
상기 전해질층은 오산화 탄탈럼(Tantalum pentoxide, Ta2O5), 폴리(2-아크릴아미노-2-메틸프로판 술폰산)(poly(2-acrylamino-2-methylpropane sulfonic acid) 또는 폴리에틸렌옥사이드(poly(ethylene oxide))중에서 적어도 하나를 포함하는 전기변색소자.
