도 2는 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 유니버셜조인트의 무볼팅 동력전달체에 형성되는 스플라인축 및 스플라인보스의 결합구조를 도시한 단면도.
도 3은 본 발명에 따른 유니버셜조인트의 무볼팅 동력전달체에 구비되는 스톱링 구조의 실시예를 도시한 구성도.
도 4는 본 발명에 따른 유니버셜조인트의 무볼팅 동력전달체에 구비되는 스톱링 구조의 다른 실시예를 도시한 구성도.
도 5 본 발명에 따른 유니버셜조인트의 무볼팅 동력전달체에 축관이 형성되는 또 다른 실시예를 도시한 구성도.

Claims (5)
- 십자축(12)과, 십자축(12)을 중심으로 서로 대항하는 위치에서 축결합되는 아웃조인트(14)로 이루어지는 구동부측 유니버셜조인트부(10)와 피구동부측 유니버셜조인트부(10);
상기 한 쌍의 유니버셜조인트부(10)를 연결하도록 구비되고, 축길이방향으로 키 결합되는 스플라인축(22)과 스플라인보스(24)로 구성되는 구동축부(20);
상기 유니버셜조인트부(10)와 구동축부(20)는 독립된 부품으로 구성되어 키부(30)와 키홈부(32)에 의해 삽입 결합되도록 구비되며, 상기 키부(30)와 키홈부(32)는 각봉과 각홈 또는 키와 키홈으로 구성되어 축 길이방향으로만 이송이 허용되고,
상기 스플라인축(22)상에 삽입되어 위치조절되는 스톱링(50);
상기 스플라인축(22)에 삽입되어 일단이 스톱링(50)에 접하고, 다른 일단은 스플라인보스(24) 단부에 접하여, 탄성력에 의해 키부(30)와 키홈부(32)에 축 길이방향 결합력을 제공하도록 구비되는 탄성체(40);로 구성되며,
상기 구동부측 유니버셜조인트부(10)와 피구동부측 유니버셜조인트부(10) 간의 동력전달각 크기 및 스플라인축(22)과 스플라인보스(24) 간의 신축거리에 따라 스플라인축(22)상에서 스톱링(50)의 위치를 조절하여 탄성체(50)의 탄성력이 조절되는 구성을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유니버셜조인트의 무볼팅 동력전달체. - 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 스톱링(50)은 링형태로 분할 형성되어 스플라인축(22)의 걸림턱부(22a)에 걸림타입 또는 체결구(50a)에 의해 위치고정되도록 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유니버셜조인트의 무볼팅 동력전달체. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 스톱링(50)은 스플라인축(22)에 나사결합되거나 스페이스링(42)을 추가 설치하여 탄성체(40)의 탄성력이 조절되도록 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유니버셜조인트의 무볼팅 동력전달체. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 스톱링(50)에 연결되어 탄성체(40)를 수용하도록 연장되는 축관(60)이 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유니버셜조인트의 무볼팅 동력전달체.
