Abstract
열가소성 수지섬유의 처리제를 표면에 갖는 열가소성 수지섬유와, 연속강화 섬유의 처리제를 표면에 갖는 연속강화 섬유를, 혼섬하고, 상기 열가소성 수지섬유를 구성하는 열가소성 수지의 융점~융점+30K의 온도에서 가열하는 것을 포함하고, 상기 열가소성 수지의 융점과 ASTM D 177에 따라서 측정한 열전도율의 곱이 100~150이며, 상기 연속강화 섬유의 처리제의 양이, 상기 연속강화 섬유의 0.01~2.0중량%이며, 상기 열가소성 수지섬유의 처리제의 양이, 상기 열가소성 수지섬유의 0.1~2.0중량%인 혼섬사의 제조방법; 단, 융점의 단위는 K이며, 열전도율의 단위는 W/m·K이다.

도 2는 실시예에 있어서의 유연성의 측정방법에 이용하는 대의 단면형상을 나타낸 개략도이다.
도 3은 실시예에 있어서의 분산도의 측정방법에 있어서의 화상처리의 일례를 나타낸다.

Claims (15)
- 열가소성 수지섬유의 처리제를 표면에 갖는 열가소성 수지섬유와, 연속강화 섬유의 처리제를 표면에 갖는 연속강화 섬유를, 혼섬하고, 상기 열가소성 수지섬유를 구성하는 열가소성 수지의 융점~융점+30K의 온도에서 가열하는 것을 포함하고,
상기 열가소성 수지의 융점과 ASTM D 177에 따라서 측정한 열전도율의 곱이 100~150이며,
상기 연속강화 섬유의 처리제의 양이, 상기 연속강화 섬유의 0.01~2.0중량%이며,
상기 열가소성 수지섬유의 처리제의 양이, 상기 열가소성 수지섬유의 0.1~2.0중량%인 혼섬사의 제조방법; 단, 융점의 단위는 K이며, 열전도율의 단위는 W/m·K이다.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 융점~융점+30K의 온도에서의 가열은, 가열롤러에 의해 행하는, 혼섬사의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 융점~융점+30K의 온도에서의 가열은, 편면가열롤러에 의해 행하는, 혼섬사의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 열가소성 수지가 폴리아미드 수지 및 폴리아세탈 수지의 적어도 1종인, 혼섬사의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 열가소성 수지가, 디아민에서 유래하는 구성단위 및 디카르본산에서 유래하는 구성단위로 구성되는 폴리아미드 수지이며, 디아민에서 유래하는 구성단위의 50몰% 이상이 자일릴렌디아민에서 유래하는, 혼섬사의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 연속강화 섬유가, 탄소섬유 또는 유리섬유인, 혼섬사의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 혼섬사에 있어서의, 상기 열가소성 수지섬유의 함침율이 5~15%인, 혼섬사의 제조방법.
- 열가소성 수지섬유와, 상기 열가소성 수지섬유의 처리제와, 연속강화 섬유와, 상기 연속강화 섬유의 처리제를 포함하는 혼섬사로서,
상기 열가소성 수지섬유를 구성하는 열가소성 수지의 융점과 ASTM D 177에 따라서 측정한 열전도율의 곱이 100~150이며,
상기 연속강화 섬유의 처리제 및 상기 열가소성 수지섬유의 처리제의 합계량이, 혼섬사의 0.2~4.0중량%이며,
상기 혼섬사를 평행하게 합쳐서 융점+20℃, 5분간, 3MPa의 조건으로 성형하고, 296K의 물에 30일간 침지한 후의, ISO 527-1 및 ISO 527-2에 따라서, 23℃, 척간 거리 50mm, 인장속도 50mm/min의 조건으로 측정한 인장강도의 유지율이 60~100%이며,
상기 혼섬사의 분산도가 60~100%이며,
상기 혼섬사에 있어서의, 상기 열가소성 수지섬유의 함침율이 5~15%인, 혼섬사; 단, 융점의 단위는 K이며, 열전도율의 단위는 W/m·K이다.
- 제8항에 있어서,
상기 열가소성 수지가 폴리아미드 수지 및 폴리아세탈 수지의 적어도 1종인, 혼섬사.
- 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서,
상기 열가소성 수지가, 디아민에서 유래하는 구성단위 및 디카르본산에서 유래하는 구성단위로 구성되는 폴리아미드 수지이며, 디아민에서 유래하는 구성단위의 50몰% 이상이 자일릴렌디아민에서 유래하는, 혼섬사.
- 제10항에 있어서,
상기 디카르본산에서 유래하는 구성단위의 50몰% 이상이, 아디프산 및 세바스산의 적어도 하나인, 혼섬사.
- 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서,
상기 연속강화 섬유가, 탄소섬유 또는 유리섬유인, 혼섬사.
- 제8항에 있어서,
상기 혼섬사가, 제1항에 기재된 혼섬사의 제조방법에 의해 제조된 혼섬사.
- 제8항 또는 제9항에 기재된 혼섬사를 롤에 권취한 권취체.
- 제8항 또는 제9항에 기재된 혼섬사를 이용한 직물.
