Claims (25)
- 수동적 전원 공급형 무선 데이터 통신 기능이 있는 능동적 전원 공급형 온도 데이터 기록 패치(actively-powered temperature data logger patch)에 있어서,
제1 기판 층;
애노드 및 캐소드 - 상기 애노드와 캐소드 중의 적어도 하나는 경화 또는 건식 잉크로 형성되고 상기 애노드와 캐소드 중의 하나에는 제1 및 제2 배터리 전극 접점이 각각 전기적으로 결합되어 있음 - 를 구비한 인쇄형 전기화학 전지를 포함한 밀봉형의 가요성 배터리;
마이크로프로세서, 대상 피검자의 온도를 감지하도록 구성된 온도 센서, 무선 통신 송수신기 및 안테나를 구비하고, 상기 마이크로프로세서 및 온도 센서에 전력을 공급하기 위해 상기 제1 및 제2 배터리 전극 접점 중의 하나에 각각 전기적으로 결합된 제1 및 제2 배터리 접점 패드를 또한 구비한 가요성 회로;
상기 대상 피검자의 표면에 제거 가능하게 적용되도록 구성된 접착제를 구비한 제2 기판 층; 및
상기 가요성 배터리 및 가요성 회로를 포함하는 전자부품 인레이(electronics inlay)로서, 상기 전자부품 인레이는 상기 제1 기판 층과 제2 기판 층 사이에 보호용의 적층 구성으로 배열된 것인, 상기 전자부품 인레이
를 포함하고,
상기 제1 기판 층, 전자부품 인레이 및 제2 기판 층은 모두 가요성이고 상기 대상 피검자의 곡면에 순응(conform)하도록 구성되고,
상기 무선 통신 송수신기는 외부 개시자(initiator)에 의해 생성된 RF 필드(field)에 노출될 때에만 수동적으로 전원 공급되고, 상기 마이크로프로세서 및 상기 온도 센서는 상기 RF 필드의 노출에 관계없이 상기 패치의 동작 수명(operational life) 동안에 상기 가요성 배터리에 의해 능동적으로 전원 공급되는 것인, 능동적 전원 공급형 온도 데이터 기록 패치. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 무선 통신 송수신기는 외부 컴퓨팅 장치로부터의 전자계에 의해 수동으로(passively) 전원이 공급되도록 구성된 것인, 능동적 전원 공급형 온도 데이터 기록 패치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 무선 통신 송수신기는 표준 NFC 통신 프로토콜을 사용하는 것인, 능동적 전원 공급형 온도 데이터 기록 패치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 무선 통신 송수신기는 표준 블루투스 또는 블루투스 로우-에너지 통신 프로토콜을 사용하는 것인, 능동적 전원 공급형 온도 데이터 기록 패치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 마이크로프로세서는 고유 식별 코드(unique identification code; UID)를 포함한 것인, 능동적 전원 공급형 온도 데이터 기록 패치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 마이크로프로세서는 주기적인 시간 간격으로 상기 온도 센서로부터 복수의 온도 샘플들을 획득하기 위하여 상기 마이크로프로세서를 인에이블(enable)시키도록 구성된 타이머를 더 포함한 것인, 능동적 전원 공급형 온도 데이터 기록 패치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 마이크로프로세서는 각각의 온도 샘플에 대한 연관된 타임 스탬프와 함께 상기 온도 샘플들을 저장하는 메모리를 더 포함한 것인, 능동적 전원 공급형 온도 데이터 기록 패치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 가요성 회로는 보조 메모리 기억 장치를 더 포함하고, 상기 마이크로프로세서는 상기 마이크로프로세서의 메모리와 상기 보조 메모리 기억 장치 사이에서 데이터를 전송하도록 구성된 것인, 능동적 전원 공급형 온도 데이터 기록 패치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 마이크로프로세서는 상기 복수의 온도 샘플들을 상기 무선 통신 송수신기 및 안테나를 통하여 외부 컴퓨팅 장치에 무선으로 송신하도록 구성된 것인, 능동적 전원 공급형 온도 데이터 기록 패치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가요성 배터리의 상기 제1 및 제2 배터리 전극 접점은 상기 가요성 회로의 상기 제1 및 제2 배터리 접점 패드에 기계적으로 및 전기적으로 결합된 것인, 능동적 전원 공급형 온도 데이터 기록 패치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2 기판은 상기 온도 센서를 덮는 관계(covering relationship)로 배열되고 환자의 피부에 제거 가능하게 적용되도록 구성된 히드로겔(hydrogel)을 적어도 부분적으로 포함한 것인, 능동적 전원 공급형 온도 데이터 기록 패치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2 기판은 환자의 피부에 제거 가능하게 적용되도록 구성된 감압(pressure sensitive) 접착제와 함께 적어도 일 측면 위에 코팅된 폴리에틸렌 폼을 적어도 부분적으로 포함한 것인, 능동적 전원 공급형 온도 데이터 기록 패치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전자부품 인레이는 상기 제1 기판 층과 상기 제2 기판 층 사이에 봉입된 것인, 능동적 전원 공급형 온도 데이터 기록 패치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전기화학 전지의 애노드와 캐소드 둘 다는 경화 또는 건식 잉크를 포함하고, 상기 애노드와 캐소드는 공면 배열로 제공된 것인, 능동적 전원 공급형 온도 데이터 기록 패치.
- 수동적 전원 공급형 무선 데이터 통신 기능이 있는 능동적 전원 공급형 온도 데이터 기록 패치에 있어서,
제1 기판 층;
공면 배열로 제공되는 애노드 및 캐소드 - 상기 애노드 및 캐소드 중 적어도 하나는 경화 또는 건식 잉크로 형성됨 - 를 구비한 인쇄형 전기화학 전지를 포함한 밀봉형의 가요성 배터리;
마이크로프로세서, 대상 피검자의 온도를 감지하도록 구성된 온도 센서, 무선 통신 송수신기 및 안테나 - 상기 마이크로프로세서는 상기 가요성 배터리로부터 전력을 능동적으로 수신하고, 상기 온도 센서는 상기 마이크로프로세서로부터 전력을 능동적으로 수신하며, 상기 무선 통신 송수신기는 외부 컴퓨팅 장치로부터의 전자계에 의해 수동적으로 전력이 공급되는 것임 - 를 구비한 가요성 회로;
상기 대상 피검자의 표면에 제거 가능하게 적용되도록 구성된 접착제를 구비한 제2 기판 층; 및
상기 가요성 배터리 및 가요성 회로를 포함하는 전자부품 인레이로서, 상기 전자부품 인레이는 상기 제1 기판 층과 상기 제2 기판 층 사이에 배치되는 것인, 상기 전자부품 인레이
를 포함하고,
상기 제1 기판 층, 전자부품 인레이 및 제2 기판 층은 모두 가요성인 것인, 능동적 전원 공급형 온도 데이터 기록 패치. - 제15항에 있어서, 상기 마이크로프로세서는, 상기 마이크로프로세서가 상기 온도 센서로부터 온도 샘플을 획득한 때에만 상기 온도 센서에 전력을 선택적으로 제공하도록 구성된 것인, 능동적 전원 공급형 온도 데이터 기록 패치.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 무선 통신 송수신기는 표준 NFC 통신 프로토콜을 사용하는 것인, 능동적 전원 공급형 온도 데이터 기록 패치.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 마이크로프로세서는 주기적인 시간 간격으로 상기 온도 센서로부터 온도 샘플을 획득하기 위하여 상기 마이크로프로세서를 인에이블시키도록 구성된 타이머를 더 포함하고, 상기 마이크로프로세서는 각각의 온도 샘플에 대한 연관된 타임 스탬프와 함께 상기 온도 샘플을 저장하는 메모리를 또한 포함한 것인, 능동적 전원 공급형 온도 데이터 기록 패치.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 마이크로프로세서는 각각의 온도 샘플을 상기 무선 통신 송수신기 및 안테나를 통하여 상기 외부 컴퓨팅 장치에 무선으로 송신하도록 구성된 것인, 능동적 전원 공급형 온도 데이터 기록 패치.
- 수동적 전원 공급형 무선 데이터 통신 기능을 가지고, 환자의 체온을 모니터링하기 위한 능동적 전원 공급형 의료 시스템에 있어서,
가요성의 능동적 전원 공급형 온도 데이터 기록 패치로서,
제1 기판 층;
공면 배열로 제공되는 애노드 및 캐소드 - 상기 애노드 및 캐소드 중의 적어도 하나는 경화 경화 또는 건식 잉크로 형성됨 - 를 구비한 인쇄형 전기화학 전지를 포함한 밀봉형 가요성 배터리;
마이크로프로세서, 상기 환자의 온도를 감지하도록 구성된 온도 센서, 타이머, 메모리, 무선 통신 송수신기 및 안테나를 포함하는 가요성 회로;
상기 환자의 피부에 제거 가능하게 적용되도록 구성된 접착제를 구비한 제2 기판 층; 및
상기 가요성 배터리 및 가요성 회로를 포함하는 전자부품 인레이로서, 상기 전자부품 인레이는 상기 제1 기판 층과 제2 기판 층 사이에 보호용의 적층 구성으로 배열된 것인, 상기 전자부품 인레이
를 포함하는 가요성의 능동적 전원 공급형 온도 데이터 기록 패치; 및
애플리케이션을 구동할 수 있는 프로그래머블 마이크로프로세서, 능동 전원, 디스플레이, 및 상기 능동 전원에 의해 전력이 공급되고 전자계를 통하여 상기 패치의 무선 통신 송수신기와 양방향 통신이 가능한 송수신기를 포함한 외부 컴퓨팅 장치를 포함하고,
상기 마이크로프로세서, 상기 온도 센서, 상기 타이머 및 상기 패치의 메모리는 모두 상기 가요성 배터리에 의해 능동적으로 전력이 공급되는 것이고,
상기 패치의 상기 무선 통신 송수신기는 상기 외부 컴퓨팅 장치로부터의 상기 전자계에 의해 수동적으로 전력이 공급되는 것이며,
상기 외부 컴퓨팅 장치는 초기화 명령 및 초기화 시작 시간을 상기 패치의 마이크로프로세서에 송신하도록 구성되고, 이 구성에 의해 상기 마이크로프로세서가 상기 온도 센서에 전력을 공급하고 상기 온도 센서로부터 복수의 온도 샘플들의 획득을 시작하게 하며, 상기 패치의 마이크로프로세서는 성공적인 초기화를 표시하는 확인 신호(confirmation signal)를 상기 외부 컴퓨팅 장치에 되 송신하도록 구성된 것인, 능동적 전원 공급형 의료 시스템. - 제20항에 있어서, 상기 패치의 마이크로프로세서는 각각의 온도 샘플에 대한 연관된 타임 스탬프와 함께 복수의 온도 샘플들을 상기 패치의 메모리에 저장하도록 또한 구성된 것인, 능동적 전원 공급형 의료 시스템.
- 제21항에 있어서, 상기 외부 컴퓨팅 장치는 주기적인 시간 판독 간격을 상기 패치의 마이크로프로세서에 송신하도록 또한 구성되고, 상기 패치의 마이크로프로세서는 상기 복수의 온도 샘플들을 상기 온도 센서로부터 상기 주기적인 시간 판독 간격에 대응하는 속도로 획득하도록 구성된 것인, 능동적 전원 공급형 의료 시스템.
- 제21항에 있어서, 상기 패치의 마이크로프로세서는 상기 복수의 온도 샘플들 및 상기 연관된 타임 스탬프를 상기 외부 컴퓨팅 장치에 송신하도록 구성되고, 상기 외부 컴퓨팅 장치는 상기 복수의 온도 샘플들 및 연관된 타임 스탬프를 그래픽 방식으로 상기 디스플레이에서 디스플레이하도록 구성된 것인, 능동적 전원 공급형 의료 시스템.
- 제23항에 있어서, 상기 외부 컴퓨팅 장치는 상기 복수의 온도 샘플들 및 연관된 타임 스탬프를 나중의 검색을 위해 온 보드 메모리에 저장하도록 또한 구성된 것인, 능동적 전원 공급형 의료 시스템.
- 제20항에 있어서, 상기 외부 컴퓨팅 장치는, 상기 패치가 성공적으로 초기화되지 않았다고 상기 외부 컴퓨팅 장치가 결정한 경우에, 재초기화 명령 및 재초기화 시작 시간을 상기 패치의 마이크로프로세서에게 송신하도록 또한 구성된 것인, 능동적 전원 공급형 의료 시스템.
