Claims (10)
- 적어도 제 1 유체와 제 2 유체 사이의 열 교환 번들(3), 상기 번들(3)의 수용 케이싱(5), 및 제 2 유체를 위한 수집기(9)를 포함하는 자동차용 열 교환기로서,
- 상기 열 교환 번들(3)은 제 1 유체의 제 1 유동 채널(12a) 및 제 2 유체의 제 2 유동 채널(12b)을 포함하고,
- 상기 제 2 유체를 위한 수집기(9)는
상기 제 2 유체의 제 2 유동 채널(12b)이 개방되는 개구부(53, 53')를 갖는 수집기 플레이트(37) 및
상기 제 2 유체를 위한 상기 수집기(9)의 적어도 한 개의 폐쇄 커버(41)를 포함하는
자동차용 열 교환기에 있어서,
- 상기 수집기(9)의 적어도 한 개의 상기 폐쇄 커버(41)는 적어도 한 개의 융기된 에지(45)를 갖고, 상기 수집기 플레이트는 상응하는 평탄한 연결부(47)를 갖고, 상기 평탄한 연결부(47)는 상기 수집기 플레이트(37)의 적어도 한 개의 주변 에지에 인접하며,
- 상기 수집기 플레이트(37)는 제 1 깊이(h)를 갖는 사전 규정된 수의 제 1 개구부(53)와, 상기 제 2 유체의 제 2 유동 채널(12b)이 개방되는, 상기 제 1 깊이(h)보다 얕은 제 2 깊이(h')를 갖는 적어도 한 개의 제 2 개구부(53')를 갖고,
상기 적어도 한 개의 제 2 개구부(53')가 상기 수집기 플레이트(37)의 단부에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는
