Claims (7)
- 고경도층 및
상기 고경도층의 일면 또는 양면에 적층된 저경도층을 포함하며,
전지셀 적층체와 상기 전지셀 적층체를 냉각시키는 냉각부 사이에 굴곡된 형태를 갖는 열적 계면에 개재되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지용 써멀패드. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 고경도층의 50 이상의 쇼어 00 경도를 갖고, 상기 저경도층은 40 이하의 쇼어 00 경도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 이차전지용 써멀패드. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 써멀패드는 아크릴계 또는 실리콘계의 열전도성 물질인 것을 특징으로 하는, 이차전지용 써멀패드. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 고경도층 및 저경도층은 라미네이션 방식에 의해 적층되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 이차전지용 써멀패드. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 써멀패드의 두께는 3 mm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는, 이차전지용 써멀패드. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 저경도층과 고경도층의 두께비는 1:1 내지 2:1인 것을 특징으로 하는, 이차전지용 써멀패드. - 삭제
