Claims (6)
- 식물성 DHA, 원유, 유당 및 덱스트린을 포함하되, 고형분 함량이 46~56 중량%로 농축배합된 제1 혼합물을 제조하는 단계;
상기 제1 혼합물을 60~85 ℃의 온도에서 30초~2분 동안 살균하는 단계;
수용성 비타민 0.01~0.1 중량부 및 미네랄 0.1~2 중량부를 포함하는 제2 혼합물을 제조하는 단계;
상기 제2 혼합물을 60~85 ℃의 온도에서 10초~1분 동안 살균하는 단계;
상기 제1 혼합물 및 상기 제2 혼합물을 90~80:10~20 중량비로 혼합하여 조제분유 배합액을 제조하는 단계;
상기 조제분유 배합액을 예열, 살균 및 균질하는 단계; 및
상기 균질된 조제분유 배합액을 건조하고 충전하는 단계;
를 포함하고,
상기 제1 혼합물은 상기 식물성 DHA 0.001~1.5 중량부, 상기 원유 8~12 중량부, 상기 유당 6~10 중량부 및 상기 덱스트린 1~5 중량부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 식물성 DHA를 함유한 조제분유의 제조방법.

상기 제1 혼합물에 단백질, 탄수화물, 전지분유, 탈지분유, 올리고당, 유청단백분말, 정제소금 및 지용성비타민으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상의 미량원료를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 식물성 DHA를 함유한 조제분유의 제조방법.

상기 조제분유 배합액을 제조하는 단계에서 상기 조제분유 배합액의 온도는 55~70 ℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 식물성 DHA를 함유한 조제분유의 제조방법.
