Claims (5)
- 고밀도 폴리에틸렌(HDPE) 필름, 저밀도 폴리에틸렌(LDPE) 필름, 선형저밀도 폴리에틸렌(LLDPE) 필름, 미연신 폴리프로필렌(CPP) 필름, 연신 폴리프로필렌(OPP) 필름, 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트(PET) 필름, 폴리아미드(PA) 필름, 폴리비닐리덴 클로라이드(PVDC) 필름, 에틸렌비닐알코올 공중합체(EVOH) 필름 중 선택되어 단층필름을 이루되, 플라이애쉬와 탄산칼슘을 포함하는 복합무기물을 첨가하여 이루어진 단층필름;
또는 이들 단층필름 표면에 산화물을 증착시킨 증착필름; 중에서 선택되는 어느 2종 이상의 필름을 합지한 복합필름에 전자선을 조사하여 배리어성을 향상시키는 것에 있어서,
상기 전자선 조사는 3.1~24.3mA의 전류, 5~10m/min의 속도 조건에서 전자선을 조사하여 배리어성과 기계적 물성을 향상시킨 것임을 특징으로 하는, 전자선 조사를 통해 배리어성과 기계적 물성을 향상시킨 고기능성 복합필름.

- 청구항 1에 있어서,
복합 무기물은 플라이애쉬(Fly ash) 35~55wt%와, 탄산칼슘 45~65wt%의 혼합으로 조성된 것임을 특징으로 하는 전자선 조사를 통해 배리어성과 기계적 물성을 향상시킨 고기능성 복합필름.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
단층필름은 고밀도 폴리에틸렌(HDPE), 저밀도 폴리에틸렌(LDPE), 선형저밀도 폴리에틸렌(LLDPE), 미연신 폴리프로필렌(CPP), 연신 폴리프로필렌(OPP), 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트(PET), 폴리아미드(PA), 폴리비닐리덴 클로라이드(PVDC), 에틸렌비닐알코올 공중합체(EVOH) 중 선택되는 어느 1종 또는 2종 이상의 수지인 제1필름원료 39.5~65wt%; 플라이애쉬(Fly ash) 35~55wt%와, 탄산칼슘 45~65wt%의 혼합으로 조성된 100wt%의 복합무기물 34~60wt%; 가소제 0.5~1.5wt%;를 컴파운딩 한 후, 펠렛타이져를 통해 펠렛을 제조하고,
고밀도 폴리에틸렌(HDPE), 저밀도 폴리에틸렌(LDPE), 선형저밀도 폴리에틸렌(LLDPE), 미연신 폴리프로필렌(CPP), 연신 폴리프로필렌(OPP), 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트(PET), 폴리아미드(PA), 폴리비닐리덴 클로라이드(PVDC), 에틸렌비닐알코올 공중합체(EVOH) 중 선택되는 어느 1종 또는 2종 이상의 수지인 제2필름원료 90~98wt%; 상기 펠렛 2~10wt%;를 필름 성형 압출기에 투입하여 제조한 필름임을 특징으로 하는 전자선 조사를 통해 배리어성과 기계적 물성을 향상시킨 고기능성 복합필름.
