Abstract
이와 같은 폴리아릴렌 설파이드는 우수한 물성의 발현 및 유지가 가능하고, 특히 제품 내 기포나 표면에 얼룩을 발생시키지 않고, 인장강도 등의 기계적 물성이 우수하여, 폴리아릴렌 설파이드의 제조 및 이를 이용한 성형품의 제작에 관한 산업 분야에 유용하게 응용될 수 있다.

Claims (9)
- 중합 직후에 2 내지 10mm의 크기를 갖는 펠렛 형태를 띄고 있으며,
디요오드 방향족 화합물, 중합중지제 및 황 화합물의 중합 결과물을 120 내지 160℃에서 1 내지 2시간 동안 건조하여 얻어짐으로써, 전체 수지의 중량에 대해 200ppm 이하의 수분 함량을 가지며 유기용매를 포함하지 않는 폴리아릴렌 설파이드. - 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서,
수 평균 분자량이 3,000 내지 1,000,000인 폴리아릴렌 설파이드. - 제 3항에 있어서,
수 평균 분자량이 3,000 내지 50,000인 폴리아릴렌 설파이드. - 제 1항에 있어서,
수평균 분자량에 대한 중량평균 분자량으로 정의되는 분산도가 2.0 내지 4.0 인 폴리아릴렌 설파이드. - 제 1항에 있어서,
녹는점이 265 내지 320℃인 폴리아릴렌 설파이드. - 제1항 및 제3항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 폴리아릴렌 설파이드를 성형하여 제조되는 제품.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 제품은 성형품인 제품.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 성형품은 필름, 시트, 또는 섬유 형태인 제품.
