Claims (14)
- 질량%로, Al: 25∼90%를 함유하고, 추가 성분으로서, Sn: 0.01∼0.12%, In: 0.01∼10% 및, Bi: 0.01∼2.0%로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상을 함유하며, 잔부가 Zn및 불가피적 불순물로 이루어지는 도금층을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 용융 Al-Zn계 도금 강판.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 도금층이, Mn, V, Cr, Mo, Ti, Ni, Co, Sb, Zr 및 B로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 또는 2종 이상의 원소를, 합계로 0.01~10질량%, 추가로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용융 Al-Zn계 도금 강판. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 도금층이, 질량%로, Zn 함유량이 10% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 용융 Al-Zn계 도금 강판. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 도금층이, 질량%로, 추가로 Si를 0.1~10%를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용융 Al-Zn계 도금 강판. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 도금층의 Al 함유량이 45~70질량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 용융 Al-Zn계 도금 강판. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 추가 성분으로서, Sn: 0.01~0.12질량%, In: 0.01~1.0질량% 및 Bi: 0.01~1.0질량%로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용융 Al-Zn계 도금 강판. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 도금층의 비커스 경도가, 평균으로 50∼100Hv인 것을 특징으로 하는 용융 Al-Zn계 도금 강판. - 연속식의 용융 도금 설비에 있어서, 질량%로, Al: 25∼90%를 함유하고, 추가 성분으로서, Sn: 0.01∼0.12%, In: 0.01∼10% 및, Bi: 0.01∼2.0%로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상을 함유하고, 잔부가 Zn 및 불가피적 불순물로 이루어지는 도금욕 중에, 하지 강판을 침지시켜 용융 도금을 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용융 Al-Zn계 도금 강판의 제조 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서,
상기 도금욕이, Mn, V, Cr, Mo, Ti, Ni, Co, Sb, Zr 및 B로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 또는 2종 이상의 원소를, 합계로 0.01~10질량%, 추가로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용융 Al-Zn계 도금 강판의 제조 방법. - 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서,
상기 도금욕이, 질량%로, Zn을 10% 이상 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용융 Al-Zn계 도금 강판의 제조 방법. - 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서,
상기 도금욕이, 질량%로, Si를 0.1∼10%를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용융 Al-Zn계 도금 강판의 제조 방법. - 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서,
상기 추가 성분으로서, 질량%로, Sn: 0.01~0.12%, In: 0.01~1.0% 및 Bi: 0.01~1.0질량%로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용융 Al-Zn계 도금 강판의 제조 방법. - 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서,
상기 용융 도금 후의 강판을 250~375℃의 온도에서 5~60초간 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용융 Al-Zn계 도금 강판의 제조 방법. - 제13항에 있어서,
상기 용융 도금 후의 강판을 300∼375℃에서 5∼60초간 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용융 Al-Zn계 도금 강판의 제조 방법.
