Claims (18)
- 어큐뮬레이터 내부의 압력, 조향각 및 조향각속도의 측정을 개시하는 단계(S100);
상기 측정된 어큐뮬레이터 내부의 압력이 기 설정된 제 1 기준압의 절대값 미만인지 판단하는 제 1 압력판단단계(S200);
상기 측정된 어큐뮬레이터 내부의 압력이 기 설정된 제 1 기준압의 절대값 미만인 경우에는 상기 측정된 조향각이 기 설정된 기준각도의 절대값 미만인지 판단하는 조향각 판단단계(S300);
상기 측정된 조향각이 기 설정된 기준각도의 절대값 미만인 경우에는 상기 측정된 조향각속도가 기 설정된 기준각속도의 절대값 미만인지 판단하는 조향각속도 판단단계(S400); 및
상기 측정된 조향각속도가 기 설정된 기준각속도의 절대값 미만인 경우에는 솔레노이드밸브를 개방하는 단계(S500);
를 포함하는 EHPS 시스템을 이용한 유압식 ISG 시스템의 작동제어방법. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 솔레노이드밸브를 개방하는 단계(S500) 후 측정된 어큐뮬레이터 내부의 압력이 기 설정된 제 2 기준압의 절대값을 초과하는지 판단하는 제 2 압력판단단계(S600);
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 EHPS 시스템을 이용한 유압식 ISG 시스템의 작동제어방법. - 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 측정된 어큐뮬레이터 내부의 압력이 기 설정된 제 2 기준압의 절대값을 초과하는 경우에는 상기 솔레노이드밸브를 폐쇄하는 단계(S700);
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 EHPS 시스템을 이용한 유압식 ISG 시스템의 작동제어방법. - 제 3항에 있어서,
상기 솔레노이드밸브를 폐쇄하는 단계(S700) 후, ISG 시스템을 작동시키는 단계(S800);
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 EHPS 시스템을 이용한 유압식 ISG 시스템의 작동제어방법. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 압력판단단계(S200)에서 상기 측정된 어큐뮬레이터 내부의 압력이 상기 기 설정된 제 1 기준압의 절대값 미만이 아닌 경우에는 상기 ISG 시스템을 작동시키는 단계(S800)를 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 EHPS 시스템을 이용한 유압식 ISG 시스템의 작동제어방법. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 조향각 판단단계(S300)에서 상기 측정된 조향각이 상기 기 설정된 기준각도의 절대값 미만이 아닌 경우에는 상기 제 1 압력판단단계(S200)를 다시 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 EHPS 시스템을 이용한 유압식 ISG 시스템의 작동제어방법. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 조향각속도 판단단계(S400)에서 상기 측정된 조향각속도가 상기 기 설정된 기준각속도의 절대값 미만이 아닌 경우에는 상기 제 1 압력판단단계(S200)를 다시 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 EHPS 시스템을 이용한 유압식 ISG 시스템의 작동제어방법. - 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 기 설정된 제 1 기준압 및 상기 기 설정된 제 2 기준압이 같은 것을 특징으로 하는 EHPS 시스템을 이용한 유압식 ISG 시스템의 작동제어방법. - 제 10항에 있어서,
상기 기 설정된 제 1 기준압 및 상기 기 설정된 제 2 기준압은 100 bar인 것을 특징으로 하는 EHPS 시스템을 이용한 유압식 ISG 시스템의 작동제어방법. - 작동유체 저장부(100);
상기 작동유체 저장부(100)로부터 전달받은 작동유체를 가압하는 통합유압펌프(200);
상기 통합유압펌프(200)에서 가압된 작동유체를 이용하여 조향하는 조향기어박스(300);
상기 통합유압펌프(200)와 상기 조향기어박스(300) 사이에서 분기되어, 상기 통합유압펌프(200)에서 가압된 작동유체를 저장하는 어큐뮬레이터(400);
상기 어큐뮬레이터(400) 전단에 배치되어, 상기 통합유압펌프(200)와 상기 조향기어박스(300) 사이에서 분기된 연통관을 개방 또는 폐쇄하는 솔레노이드밸브(500); 및
상기 어큐뮬레이터(400)에 저장된 작동유체를 이용하여, 아이들 스톱 후 재시동시 엔진을 재시동하는 ISG 엔진시동부(600);
를 포함하는 EHPS 시스템을 이용한 유압식 ISG 시스템의 작동제어장치. - 제 12항에 있어서,
상기 어큐뮬레이터(400)에 저장된 작동유체의 압력, 조향각 및 조향각속도를 측정하는 측정부(700);
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 EHPS 시스템을 이용한 유압식 ISG 시스템의 작동제어장치. - 제 13항에 있어서,
상기 측정부(700)의 정보를 기초로, 상기 EHPS 시스템을 이용한 유압식 ISG 시스템의 작동제어방법에 따라, 상기 솔레노이드밸브(500)를 개방 또는 폐쇄시키는 제어부(800);
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 EHPS 시스템을 이용한 유압식 ISG 시스템의 작동제어장치. - 제 13항에 있어서,
상기 측정부(700)는 상기 어큐뮬레이터(400) 내부에 저장된 작동유체의 압력을 측정하는 압력측정부(710);
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 EHPS 시스템을 이용한 유압식 ISG 시스템의 작동제어장치. - 제 15항에 있어서,
상기 측정부(700)는 조향각을 측정하는 조향각측정부(720);
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 EHPS 시스템을 이용한 유압식 ISG 시스템의 작동제어장치. - 제 16항에 있어서,
상기 측정부(700)는 조향각속도를 측정하는 조향각속도측정부(730);
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 EHPS 시스템을 이용한 유압식 ISG 시스템의 작동제어장치. - 제 12항에 있어서,
상기 통합유압펌프(200)와 상기 조향기어박스(300) 사이에서 상기 연통관을 분기시키는 T-커넥터(900);
