Abstract
이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 발명은, 가공식품의 성형이 이루어지는 성형구간에 설치되어 식품이 이송되는 제 1 컨베이어부와, 성형구간의 후단으로 식품을 증기로 익히는 과정이 진행되는 증숙구간에 설치되는 제 2 컨베이어부와, 증숙구간에서 익혀진 가공식품을 방열시켜서 반출하는 반출구간에 설치되는 제 3 컨베이어부와, 제 1 컨베이어부와 제 2 컨베이어부 및 제 2 컨베이어부와 제 3 컨베이어부의 사이에 각각 설치되어 가공식품의 원활한 구간 이송을 돕는 가교수단을 포함하는 것이다.

도 2는 종래의 식품가공용 증숙시스템에서의 에너지 사용 도표이고,
도 3은 본 발명에 따른 식품가공용 증숙시스템의 정면도이며,
도 4는 도 3에서 A부분의 확대도이고,
도 5는 도 3에서 B부분의 확대도이다.

Claims (6)
- 가공식품의 성형이 이루어지는 성형구간(100)에 내에 독립 설치되어 리턴 회전되는 제 1 컨베이어부(102),
상기 성형구간(100)에서 성형된 상기 가공식품을 증기로 익히는 과정이 진행되는 증숙구간(110) 내에 독립 설치되어 리턴 회전되는 제 2 컨베이어부(116) 및
상기 증숙구간(110)에서 익혀진 가공식품을 방열시켜서 반출하는 반출구간(120) 내에 독립 설치되어 리턴 회전되는 제 3 컨베이어부(122)를 포함하고,
상기 성형구간(100) 및 증숙구간(110)에 걸치는 상기 제 1 컨베이어부(102)와 상기 제 2 컨베이어부(116)의 사이, 상기 증숙구간(110) 및 반출구간(120)에 걸치는 상기 제 2 컨베이어부(116)와 상기 제 3 컨베이어부(122)의 사이 각각에 설치되어 상기 가공식품의 구간 사이 이송을 돕는 가교수단(130)을 더 포함하는 것인 식품가공용 증숙시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 가교수단(130)은,
상기 제 1, 2, 3 컨베이어부(102)(116)(122)의 사이에서 축방향을 따라 설치되는 가이드롤러(132)와,
상기 가이드롤러(132)를 회전시키는 모터(134)로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 식품가공용 증숙시스템.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 가이드롤러(132)는 상기 제 1, 2, 3 컨베이어부(102)(116)(122)와 축방향으로 동일 길이를 가지며, 상기 제 1, 2, 3 컨베이어부(102)(116)(122)의 리턴 회전 속도와 동일하게 상기 가이드롤러(132)도 회전하는 것을 특징으로 하는 식품가공용 증숙시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 증숙구간(110)에서의 증숙온도는 90℃~110℃를 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 식품가공용 증숙시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제 1, 2, 3 컨베이어부(102)(116)(122)는 네트형인 것을 특징으로 하는 식품가공용 증숙시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 가공식품은 만두, 라면, 우동 중 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 식품가공용 증숙시스템.
