Abstract
Description
도 1은 출구 밸브의 제1 구체예를 가지는 본 발명에 따른 계량장치의 작동 바디(actuation body)의 확대도이다.
도 2는 본 발명에 따른 계량장치의 작동 바디(actuation body)의 확대도로서, 출구 채널이 대각선으로 외부로 향한다.
도 3은 본 발명에 따른 계량장치의 작동 바디(actuation body)의 확대도로서, 출구 노즐이 캡을 통해 외부로 가이드된다.
도 4는 작동 바디(actuation body) 및 드래그 피스톤 플라스크(drag piston flask)를 포함하는 계량장치의 전체도로서, 도 4a는 드래그 피스톤 플라스크(drag piston flask)가 빈 상태를 도시하며 도 4b는 드래그 피스톤 플라스크(drag piston flask)가 채워진 상태를 도시한다.
도 5a 및 5b는 도 4a 및 4b의 변형예로서, 도 5a는 드래그 피스톤(drag piston)의 밑에 추가적인 압력 스프링을 가지는 드래그 피스톤 플라스크(drag piston flask)를 가지는 계량장치로서 빈 상태를 도시하며, 도 5b는 채워진 상태를 도시한다.
도 6은 본 발명에 따른 계량장치의 다른 구체예로서, 저장 컨테이너가 벨로우즈(bellows)를 갖춘다. 도 6a는 계량장치의 채워진 상태를 도시하며, 도 6b은 빈 상태를 도시한다.
도 7은 도 6에 대한 변형예로서, 추가적인 압력 스프링이 드래그 피스톤(drag piston)의 밑에 제공된다. 도 7a는 공급 컨테이너가 채워진 상태를 도시하며, 도 7b는 빈 상태의 동일한 계량장치를 도시한다.

Claims (17)
- 액상 제제(liquid preparation)를 계량하여 분배하는 계량장치(1)로서,
액상 제제(liquid preparation)를 위한 저장 컨테이너(2) 및 상기 저장 컨테이너(2)에 연결될 수 있는 작동 바디(3)를 포함하며,
상기 작동 바디(3)는 캡(4)에 연결된 중공 바디(30), 펌프 피스톤(5), 펌프 챔버(6) 및 노즐(7)을 포함하며, 상기 노즐(7)은 출구 채널(8)을 통해 상기 펌프 챔버(6)에 연결되고,
스프링-작동식(spring-operated) 출구 밸브(36)가 상기 출구 채널(8)의 말단 영역에 배치되며, 상기 출구 밸브(36)의 스프링(33)은 상기 출구 채널(8)에 연결된 별개의 오목부(34)에서 가이드되고,
상기 캡(4)을 위한 기계적인 복구 장치(restoring device)로서, 리턴 스프링(11)을 가지는 벨로우즈(12)가 상기 펌프 챔버(6) 및 상기 캡(4) 사이에 배치되며,
상기 계량장치는 작동하는 동안 유입되는 공기에 의해 상기 저장 컨테이너 안에서 압력 균등화(pressure equalization)가 이루어지지 않는 공기 균질화(air equalization) 없이 작동하도록 형성되고,
상기 저장 컨테이너(2)는 피스톤(15), 필터 매트릭스(16) 및 그 내부에 마찰-저감 마감재(22)를 포함하며,
상기 피스톤(15)은 상기 저장 컨테이너(2)의 내부를 향하여 피스톤의 가장자리에 마찰-저감 마감재(23)를 포함하고,
상기 저장 컨테이너(2) 내에는 벨로우즈(17)가 마련되는, 계량장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 노즐(7)은 상기 중공 바디(30)에서 측면으로 외부로 가이드되는 것을 특징으로 하는 계량장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 노즐(7)은 상기 캡(4)을 통해 외부로 가이드되는 것을 특징으로 하는 계량장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 출구 채널(8)에 연결된 상기 노즐(7)은 별개의 구성요소로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 계량장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 출구 밸브(36)는 상기 출구 채널(8)의 말단에 바로 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 계량장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 출구 채널(8) 및 상기 출구 밸브(36)의 밸브 바디(35) 중 적어도 하나는 살균제(bactericide)로서 작용하는 물질을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 계량장치. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 살균제(bactericide)로서 작용하는 물질은 살균제(bactericide)로서 작용하는 코팅부 또는 살균제(bactericide)로서 작용하는 삽입부(insert)를 포함하는 그룹에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 계량장치. - 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서,
상기 살균제(bactericide)로서 작용하는 물질은 은 또는 은염인 것을 특징으로 하는 계량장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 캡(4)에 연결된 상기 중공 바디(30)는 원통형인 것을 특징으로 하는 계량장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 캡(4) 및 상기 중공 바디(30)는 일체로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 계량장치. - 제10항에 있어서,
상기 캡(4), 상기 중공 바디(30) 및 상기 펌프 피스톤(5)이 일체로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 계량장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 펌프 챔버(6)는 입구 밸브(9)가 제공되는 입구 오프닝(10)을 통해 상기 저장 컨테이너(2)에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 계량장치. - 제8항에 있어서,
