Claims (10)
- 메인 제어부와 실외 열교환기 및 압축기를 갖는 실외기;
실내 열교환기를 갖는 복수의 실내기; 및
각 실내기와 실외기와 각각 연결되며, 전자팽창밸브가 장착된 액상 및 기상 냉매관 조립체와 각 냉매관 조립체를 둘러싸는 커버 어셈블리 및 상기 메인 제어부와의 통신을 위한 통신부를 갖는 서브 제어부를 포함하는 분배 유닛을 포함하며,
상기 전자팽창밸브는 실외기의 메인 제어부 또는 분배 유닛의 서브 제어부에 의하여 선택적으로 조절되고,
상기 커버 어셈블리는, 상기 각 냉매관 조립체의 실내측 연결부를 외부로 노출시키기 위한 제 1 및 제 2관통홀이 형성된 제 1커버; 상기 제 1커버와 대향되고, 외주면에 서브 제어부가 장착되는 제 2커버; 및 상기 제 2커버와 연결되며, 분배 유닛의 어느 한 측면을 형성하는 제 3커버를 포함하며,
상기 제 2커버에는 내부의 각 분지 배관의 전자팽창밸브와 외부의 서브 제어부를 연결하는 케이블을 통과시키기 위한 개구부를 형성하기 위하여 일부 영역이 개방된 슬릿이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 각 냉매관 조립체는 실외기 측 연결부를 갖는 주 배관과 주 배관으로부터 각각 분지되며, 전자팽창밸브가 각각 장착된 복수의 분지 배관을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화장치. - 삭제

- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제 2커버는 분배 유닛의 적어도 2개 이상의 측면을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화장치. - 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 제 2커버 및 제 3커버 중 어느 한 커버에 체결되며, 설치면에 분배 유닛을 고정시키기 위한 복수의 장착 브라켓을 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화장치. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
어느 한 장착 브라켓은 제 2커버 및 제 3커버의 체결을 위한 체결홀에 함께 체결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1커버는 폭 방향을 따라 제 1관통홀이 형성된 제 1영역 및 제 2관통홀이 형성된 제 2영역으로 구획되고, 인접하는 2개의 제 1관통홀 사이에 제 2관통홀이 각각 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 서브 제어부는 상기 제 2커버의 외주면에 장착되며, 통신부가 실장된 기판 및 상기 기판을 둘러싸는 제어부 하우징을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 분배 유닛은 상기 실외기 내부에 분리 가능한 상태로 장착된 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화장치.
