튜브(200)의 단부를 마감하도록 튜브(200)의 단부에 결합되는 캡(500)을 포함하고,
광섬유(400)를 통해 피사체의 거리를 측정하는 거리측정부재(700)와,
다수의 가로줄과 다수의 세로줄이 등간격으로 이격되어 모니터(10)의 화면에 현시되는 격자프레임(800)과,
거리측정부재(700)에서 측정된 거리 및 격자프레임(800)을 이용하여 피사체의 크기를 측정하는 크기산출부(900)를 포함하며,
크기산출부(900)는
격자프레임(800)에 포위되는 피사체의 외측에 근접되는 가로격자들 및 세로격자들을 인식하는 격자인식부(910)와,
격자인식부(910)에서 인식된 가로격자들의 간격을 계산하여 가로값을 계산하고, 세로격자들의 간격을 계산하여 세로값을 계산하는 계산부(920)와,
거리측정부재(700)에서 측정되는 거리값이 커지는 만큼씩 계산부(920)에서 계산된 가로값 및 세로값을 축소시키고, 거리측정부재(700)에서 측정되는 거리값이 작아지는 만큼씩 계산부(920)에서 계산된 가로값 및 세로값을 증대시키는 계산값조절부(930)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 네비게이션 카테터.
- 청구항 1, 청구항 5 및 청구항 6 중에서 선택되는 어느 한 항에 있어서, 튜브(200)에 내장되어 신체의 내부로 약물을 공급하는 약물공급수단(600)을 포함하며,
약물공급수단(600)은
튜브(200)에 내장되어 외부로부터 주입되는 약물이 끝단을 통해 배출되는 약물공급관(610)과,
약물공급관(610)으로 약물을 펌핑하여 공급하는 약물펌프(620)와,
신체상태를 측정하는 신체상태측정부(630)와,
신체상태측정부(630)에서 측정되는 신체상태와 미리 설정된 기준값을 비교하여 신체상태가 기준값을 초과하거나 초과하지 못함에 따라 약물의 공급량이 조절되도록 약물펌프(620)를 저속이나 고속으로 조작하는 펌프조작부(640)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 네비게이션 카테터.
- 청구항 7에 있어서, 신체상태측정부(630)는 약물공급관(610)에 근접되도록 튜브(200)의 단부에 구비되어 신체에 삽입된 튜브(200)의 끝단 앞에서 흐르는 혈액의 압력을 측정하는 혈압센서로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 네비게이션 카테터.
- 청구항 1, 청구항 5 및 청구항 6 중에서 선택되는 어느 한 항에 있어서, 광섬유(400)는 출사되는 빛의 각도가 확대되도록 입사되는 광을 집광하는 광각확대부(430)를 포함하며,
광각확대부(430)는 광섬유(400)의 입구측에 연결되어 광원에서 조사되는 빛이 집광되도록 광이 입력되는 입구측이 광이 출력되는 출구측보다 넓게 형성되는 깔때기형태로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 네비게이션 카테터.
