- 제1 배향막 위에 반투과 영역, 투과 영역 및 차단 영역을 포함하는 제1 마스크를 배치하는 제1 배치 단계,상기 제1 마스크를 통해서 상기 제1 배향막에 UV를 조사하여 제1 방향으로 배향하는 제1 조사 단계,상기 제1 마스크를 상기 제1 배치 단계와는 다른 상태로 배치하는 제2 배치 단계,상기 제1 마스크를 통해서 상기 제1 배향막에 UV를 조사하는 제2 방향으로 배향하는 제2 조사 단계를 포함하고,제2 배향막 위에 반투과 영역, 투과 영역 및 차단 영역을 포함하는 제2 마스크를 배치하는 제3 배치 단계,상기 제2 마스크를 통해서 상기 제2 배향막에 UV를 조사하여 제3 방향으로 배향하는 제3 조사 단계,상기 제2 마스크를 상기 제3 배치 단계와는 다르게 배치하는 제4 배치 단계,상기 제2 마스크를 통해서 상기 제2 배향막에 UV를 조사하여 제4 방향으로 배향하는 제4 조사 단계, 그리고상기 제1 배향막과 상기 제2 배향막 사이에 위치하며 복수의 액정 분자들을 포함하는 액정층을 형성하는 단계를 포함하고상기 제1 방향과 상기 제2 방향은 서로 반대 방향이며,상기 제3 방향과 상기 제4 방향은 서로 반대 방향이고,상기 제1 배향막과 상기 제2 배향막을 결합한 상태에서 상기 제3 방향 및 제4 방향은 상기 제1 방향 및 제2 방향과 수직을 이루며,상기 액정층은 상기 액정 분자의 배향 극각 및 배향 방향 중 적어도 하나가 상이한 16 영역을 포함하는 배향막의 광배향 방법.
