Claims (22)
- 표면경도가 증진된 알루미늄복합재에 있어서,
알루미늄 재질로 된 기재;
상기 기재의 일면에 크롬(Cr) 또는 질화크롬(CrN)에 의해 형성되는 제1코팅층;
상기 제1코팅층 위에 질화티타늄(TiN), 탄화티타늄(TiC), 탄화질화티타늄(TiCN) 또는 질화알루미늄티타늄(TiAlN) 소재를 사용한 칼라코팅으로 형성되는 제2코팅층; 및
상기 제2코팅층 위에 나노세라믹코팅으로 형성되는 나노세라믹층;
을 포함하여 이루어지고,
상기 나노세라믹층은, 제올라이트 또는 실리카에 항균활성을 갖는 금속이온을 치환시켜 형성되어 항균성을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면경도가 증진된 알루미늄복합재. - 청구항1에 있어서,
상기 제1코팅층 또는 상기 제2코팅층은, 스퍼터링(Sputtering)의 방법으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면경도가 증진된 알루미늄복합재. - 청구항1에 있어서,
상기 나노세라믹층은, 내지문성 또는 항균성을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면경도가 증진된 알루미늄복합재. - 청구항1에 있어서,
상기 나노세라믹층은, 습식코팅의 방법으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면경도가 증진된 알루미늄복합재. - 청구항1에 있어서,
상기 나노세라믹층은, 불소계화합물을 더 포함하여 내지문성을 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면경도가 증진된 알루미늄복합재. - 청구항5에 있어서,
상기 나노세라믹층은, 상기 제2코팅층의 색상을 선명하게 하기 위해, 유무기하이브리드 소재에 무기안료가 더 구비된 소재로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면경도가 증진된 알루미늄복합재. - 청구항1에 있어서,
상기 기재의 두께는, 0.2 이상 2.0 밀리미터(mm) 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 표면경도가 증진된 알루미늄복합재. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 제1코팅층 또는 상기 제2코팅층의 두께는, 0.01 이상 1.0 마이크로미터(μm) 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 표면경도가 증진된 알루미늄복합재. - 청구항1에 있어서,
상기 나노세라믹층의 두께는, 1.0 이상 5.0 마이크로미터(μm) 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 표면경도가 증진된 알루미늄복합재. - 삭제

- 청구항1의 표면경도가 증진된 알루미늄복합재를 가공하는 방법에 있어서,
(ⅰ) 상기 기재의 일면에 크롬(Cr) 또는 질화크롬(CrN)으로 상기 제1코팅층을 형성하는 단계;
(ⅱ) 질화티타늄(TiN), 탄화티타늄(TiC), 탄화질화티타늄(TiCN) 또는 질화알루미늄티타늄(TiAlN) 소재를 사용한 칼라코팅으로 상기 제1코팅층 위에 상기 제2코팅층을 형성하는 단계; 및
(ⅲ) 나노세라믹코팅으로 상기 제2코팅층 위에 상기 나노세라믹층을 형성하는 단계;
를 포함하여 이루어지고,
상기 나노세라믹층은, 제올라이트 또는 실리카에 항균활성을 갖는 금속이온을 치환시켜 형성되어 항균성을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면경도가 증진된 알루미늄복합재 가공방법. - 청구항12에 있어서,
상기 표면경도가 증진된 알루미늄복합재 가공방법은, 롤-투-롤(Roll-to-Roll)공정인 것을 특징으로 하는 표면경도가 증진된 알루미늄복합재 가공방법. - 청구항12에 있어서,
상기 (ⅰ)단계 또는 상기 (ⅱ)단계는, 스퍼터링(Sputtering)의 방법으로 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면경도가 증진된 알루미늄복합재 가공방법. - 청구항12에 있어서,
상기 (ⅲ)단계는, 습식코팅의 방법으로 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면경도가 증진된 알루미늄복합재 가공방법. - 청구항12에 있어서,
상기 (ⅰ)단계와 상기 (ⅱ)단계는, 롤-투-롤(Roll-to-Roll)공정에 의해 싱글챔버장비의 제1챔버에서 각각 수행되고, 상기 (ⅲ)단계는 습식코팅부와 제1건조부 내지 제5건조부에서 순차적으로 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면경도가 증진된 알루미늄복합재 가공방법. - 청구항12에 있어서,
상기 (ⅰ)단계와 상기 (ⅱ)단계는, 롤-투-롤(Roll-to-Roll)공정에 의해 더블챔버장비의 제2-1챔버와 제2-2챔버에서 순차적으로 수행되고, 상기 (ⅲ)단계는 습식코팅부와 제1건조부 내지 제5건조부에서 순차적으로 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면경도가 증진된 알루미늄복합재 가공방법. - 삭제
