Claims (19)
- 한쪽은 들어오는 파이프를 향해 열려 있고 다른 한쪽 끝에는 파이프의 삽입량을 제한하는 걸림턱이 형성된 제 1튜브와, 체결수단에 의해 상기 제 1튜브에 고정되어 입구를 형성하는 제2튜브로 구성되며, 내부에는 입구를 통해 삽입되는 파이프의 원주를 둘러싸는 공간으로 단면 'ㄱ'자의 회전코너가 포함된 쐐기홈이 마련된 연결몸체;
상기 쐐기홈에 다수가 설치되며, 단면이 반원형상으로 형성되어 상기 쐐기홈의 상기 회전코너에 밀착하여 회전운동하는 회전부와, 상기 회전부와 일체로 형성되어 파이프에 접하는 연장부로 구성되며, 상기 연장부에는 톱니가 형성된 회전쐐기;
상기 회전쐐기에 접하여 탄발을 수행하는 탄성부를 가지고 있으며, 상기 탄성부는 상기 쐐기홈의 원주면과 상기 회전쐐기 연장부의 톱니가 형성되지 않은 타측면 사이에 위치하여 상기 회전쐐기의 톱니를 파이프 중심방향으로 미는 작용을 통해 상기 회전쐐기에 회전력을 부여하는 탄성부재와;
상기 연결몸체에 내설되어 기밀을 담당하는 기밀재를 포함하여 이루어지는 것에 특징이 있는 회전쐐기를 이용한 파이프 연결장치. - 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 회전코너 단면 'ㄱ'자의 두면은 각각 상기 제 1튜브의 내주면과 상기 제 2튜브가 제공하는 한 면으로 구성되는 것에 특징이 있는 회전쐐기를 이용한 파이프 연결장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 쐐기홈에는 상기 회전쐐기를 분리 수용할 수 있게 격리벽이 구비되는 것에 특징이 있는 회전쐐기를 이용한 파이프 연결장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 쐐기홈은 상기 제 2튜브에 마련된 다수의 구멍으로 구성되는 것에 특징이 있는 회전쐐기를 이용한 파이프 연결장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 회전쐐기는 파이프를 감싸는 도넛 형상을 분할한 호 형상인 것에 특징이 있는 회전쐐기를 이용한 파이프 연결장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 회전쐐기의 톱니는 복수 층으로 구성되고, 연결몸체의 입구에서 멀어질수록 회전부의 회전축과 각 층의 톱날 끝과의 거리가 점차 길어지도록 형성되며, 각각의 톱니 날 끝을 연결하는 선은 호 형상을 포함하는 것에 특징이 있는 회전쐐기를 이용한 파이프 연결장치.

- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 탄성부재는 원통형 판에서 중심방향으로 갈라져 나온 탄성부가 포함된 판 스프링인 것에 특징이 있는 회전쐐기를 이용한 파이프 연결장치.
- 제 8항에 있어서, 상기 탄성부는 여닫이 창 형상으로 형성된 것에 특징이 있는 회전쐐기를 이용한 파이프 연결장치.
- 제 8항에 있어서, 상기 판 스프링은 일부가 중심방향으로 연장되고 입구를 향해 꺽인 꺽임부가 추가로 형성되는 것에 특징이 있는 회전쐐기를 이용한 파이프 연결장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 탄성부재는 코일부가 상기 회전쐐기의 측면에 위치하는 토션 스프링인 것에 특징이 있는 회전쐐기를 이용한 파이프 연결장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 탄성부재는 체결수단에 의해 상기 연결몸체에 고정되는 것에 특징이 있는 회전쐐기를 이용한 파이프 연결장치.

- 제 16항에 있어서, 상기 회전쐐기 고정수단은 상기 회전쐐기의 회전부와 톱니 사이의 연장부에 형성된 파이프 길이 방향으로 뻗은 가짜이빨을 포함하는 것에 특징이 있는 회전쐐기를 이용한 파이프 연결장치.
- 제 16항에 있어서, 상기 회전쐐기 고정수단은 원심에서 볼 때 상기 쐐기홈의 정면도가 사다리꼴 형상인 것을 포함하는 것에 특징이 있는 회전쐐기를 이용한 파이프연결장치.
