Claims (2)
- 조인트 양측 입구에 파이프를 끼워서 고정할 수 있도록 된 배관용 조인트에 있어서,중앙부에는 연결되는 파이프(30)의 내경과 동일한 내경 크기가 되도록 걸림턱(21)이 형성되고, 상기 걸림턱(21)에서 입구쪽으로 일정부분은 파이프를 지지하며 파이프의 외경에 밀착되고, 상기 일정부분을 지나면 그 양측에는 내부가 확개되어 입구(11)측으로 갈수록 점차 좁은 직경을 가지도록 경사지게 형성된 테이퍼부(29)가 끝나는 부분에서 기역자로 꺽여 파이프(30)가 삽입되는 입구를 형성하는 몸체(20)와;상기 몸체 내부에는 중앙의 확개부분에 상기 파이프(30)의 외경에 밀착되어 수밀작용을 하는 패킹(22)과;상기 패킹(22)과 상기 스프링(30)사이에 설치되어 패킹과 스프링을 분리하는 패킹받침구(23)와;상기 패킹받침구(23)에 의해 일단이 지지되고 입구쪽 마지막 권은 둘이상의 사다리꼴을 형성하여 죠오(25)를 끼워 넣게 되고 최근접권과 접하는 스프링(24)과;상기 스프링(30)의 사다리꼴형상에 끼워지며 상기 몸체(20)의 테이퍼부(29)와 접촉되는 면은 매끄럽고 상기 파이프(30)와 접촉되는 면은 빗살무늬가 형성되어 파이프에 대한 마찰을 극대화할 수 있어 상기 파이프(30) 삽입시 몸체내면과 파이프외면 사이에 끼워져 파이프(30)를 고정하는 죠오(25)가 있고;상기 몸체(20)의 입구(26)에는 파이프(30)가 회전하지 않도록 고정편(28)을 끼워 넣을 수 있고 상기 파이프(30)를 뺄 때 이를 통해 스프링(24)을 수축할 수 있도록 파이프(30)삽입방향과 평행하는 하나 이상의 관통구(27)가 설치됨을 특징으로 하는 배관용 조인트.
- 제1항에서 스프링의 사다리꼴형상을 원통형의 죠오케리어로 대체한 배관용 조인트
