- 서열번호 1의 아미노산 서열로 표시되는 트리코더마 하찌아눔 유래의 알파-1,3-글루카나아제.
- 삭제
- 제1항의 알파-1,3-글루카나아제를 코딩하는 유전자.
- 제3항에 있어서, 서열번호 2의 염기서열로 표시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유전자.
- 제3항에 있어서, 서열번호 3의 염기서열로 표시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유전자.
- 제3항의 유전자를 포함하는 재조합 벡터.
- 제3항의 유전자 또는 제6항의 재조합 벡터로 형질전환된 재조합 미생물.
- 제7항에 있어서, 박테리아, 곰팡이 및 효모로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 재조합 미생물
- 다음 단계를 포함하는 알파-1,3-글루카나아제의 제조방법.
(a) 제7항의 재조합 미생물을 배양하여 알파-1,3-글루카나아제를 생성시키는 단계; 및
(b) 상기 생성된 알파-1,3-글루카나아제를 수득하는 단계.
- 제1항의 알파-1,3-글루카나아제를 이용한 바이오필름의 분해방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 바이오필름은 스트렙토코코스 속 균주에 의해 생성된 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항의 알파-1,3-글루카나아제를 유효성분으로 함유하는 구강위생용품.
