Abstract
용융가공이 가능한 친환경 생분해성 필름을 제작함으로써 쓰레기 종량제 봉투, 생활용품 포장, 농업용 필름, 식품포장용 필름 등에 활용될 수 있으므로 막대한 수요의 증대를 기대할 수 있다.
또한 기존의 고분자와 블렌딩을 통해 친환경성을 증대시킬 수 있고 폐기물에서 얻어진 리그닌을 사용하여 재료의 원가를 낮출 수 있다.
Description
도 2는 실시예에서 제조한 필름의 중량 감소를 열중량분석법(TGA)을 이용하여 측정한 결과를 나타내는 그래프이다.
도 3은 개질 리그닌의 함량을 다양하게 변화시켜 제조한 실시예 1 시편의 기계적 물성을 측정한 그래프이다.
도 4는 DMA(Dynamic Mechanical Analyzer) 분석을 이용하여 실시예 1 시편의 탄성율(modulus)을 비교한 결과이다.
도 5는 실시예에서 제조한 필름의 투과율을 측정한 결과이다.
도 6 내지 도 9는 도 5에서 측정된 투과율과 파장의 관계식을 나타내는 그래프이다.

Claims (12)
- 리그닌을 피리딘에 0.01 내지 1g/ml 농도로 용해시키는 단계;
상기 피리딘에 용해된 리그닌에 아세트산 무수물의 함량비를 리그닌 1중량부 대비 0.1 내지 10중량부로 교반하여 아세틸화 리그닌을 제조하는 단계;
상기 아세틸화 리그닌 1 내지 20중량%와 조성물 총 중량이 100중량%가 되도록 열가소성수지를 배합하여 배합물을 제조하는 단계;
상기 배합물을 압출기로 용용혼합 및 압출하여 펠렛을 제작하는 단계; 및
상기 펠렛을 사출 후 연신하여 필름을 제조하는 단계;를 포함하는 자외선 차단 필름의 제조 방법이며,
상기 아세틸화 리그닌의 아세틸화 정도는 50% 이상이고,
상기 필름은, 400nm 이하의 파장을 갖는 빛에 대한 투과율이 50% 이하인 자외선 차단 필름 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
400nm 파장의 빛에 대한 투과율이 40% 이하이고, 300nm 파장의 빛에 대한 투과율이 30% 이하이며, 200nm 파장의 빛에 대한 투과율이 20% 이하인 것인 자외선 차단 필름 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
300nm 내지 800nm 영역 파장의 빛에 대한 투과도 곡선의 기울기(q)와 200nm 내지 300nm 영역 파장의 빛에 대한 투과도 곡선의 기울기(p)의 비(q/p)는 0.05 이상인 것인 자외선 차단 필름 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
300nm 내지 800nm 영역 파장의 빛에 대해서는 하기 수학식 1을 만족하는 투과율을 갖는 것인 자외선 차단 필름 제조방법:
