Claims (16)
- 뼈에 곡선 커트(curvilinear cut)를 위치시키기 위한 장치에 있어서:
지그 본체(102);
지그 본체(102)의 제1 영역에 탑 엔드(top end)가 회전되게 결합될 수 있는 제1 아암;
제1 영역과 분리된 지그 본체(102)의 제2 영역에 탑 엔드가 회전되게 결합될 수 있는 제2 아암; 및
제1 아암에 회전되게 결합될 수 있는 톱(saw) 가이드(106)를 구비하고;
톱 가이드(106)는, 뼈의 표적 영역에 대하여 장치가 요구되는 위치에 있을 때, 뼈의 표적 영역을 절단하는 톱(saw)이 안내되는 필요 경로에 상응하는 곡선을 따라 연장하는 바닥면을 포함하고, 톱 가이드는, 수술 구성에서, 제1 아암의 세로축에 대하여 톱 가이드를 정렬시키기 위해 뼈에 장착된 뼈 고정 요소를 수납하는 록킹부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 뼈 곡선 커트 위치 파악 장치.
- 청구항 1에서,
상기 지그 본체는 상기 제1 아암과 제2 아암이 각각 연장하도록 형성된 제1 면,
상기 지그 본체는 상기 제1 면에 직교하는 제2 면에 형성된 방위 부재를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 뼈 곡선 커트 위치 파악 장치.
- 청구항 2에서,
상기 방위 부재는 상기 지그 본체의 제2 면에 형성된 개구(opening)인 것을 특징으로 하는 뼈 곡선 커트 위치 파악 장치.
- 청구항 1에서,
상기 제1 아암은 상기 톱 가이드가 회전되게 연결될 수 있는 일련의 장착 위치들(mounting positions)을 구비하고, 상기 장착 위치들은 상기 제1 아암의 세로 축을 따라 서로 분리되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 뼈 곡선 커트 위치 파악 장치.
- 청구항 3에서,
상기 록킹부는 상기 톱 가이드를 관통하여 연장되는 복수의 개구들을 구비하고,
상기 개구들은 상기 톱 가이드의 축을 따라 각각 연장하고,
상기 개구들의 축은 서로에 대해 각각 정렬되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 뼈 곡선 커트 위치 파악 장치.
- 청구항 5에서,
상기 제1 아암의 바닥 끝단은 제1 면에 수직으로 연장하는 보어(bore)를 포함하고, 상기 보어는 상기 뼈 곡선 커트 위치 파악 장치를 뼈에 결합하는 상기 뼈 고정 요소를 수납함으로써, 상기 뼈 고정 요소가, 수술 구성일 때, 뼈를 통과한 후 록킹부의 개구들 중에서 선택된 어느 하나를 통과하여 제1 아암에 대하여 필요한 위치에 톱 가이드를 고정하게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 뼈 곡선 커트 위치 파악 장치.
- 청구항 5에서,
상기 제1 아암의 바닥 끝단은 보어에 개구된 뼈 고정 요소 록킹 구멍을 더 구비하고, 상기 제1 아암을 상기 뼈 고정 요소에 록킹하기 위해 상기 뼈 고정 요소 록킹 구멍에 삽입된 록킹 요소가 보어를 통해 삽입된 뼈 고정 요소와 결합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 뼈 곡선 커트 위치 파악 장치.
- 청구항 1에서,
상기 제1 아암과 상기 제2 아암의 탑 엔드들은 상기 지그 본체의 길이를 따라 서로 분리된 슬롯들에 미끄러지게 수납된 것을 특징으로 하는 뼈 곡선 커트 위치 파악 장치.
