Claims (20)
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 세라믹분말은 Al2O3, SiO2, TiO2, ZrO2, AlN, Si3N4, Ti3N4, Zr3N4, Al4C3, SiC, TiC, ZrC, AlB, Si3B4, Ti3B4, Zr3B4, 3Al2O3 ·2SiO2 및 MgAl2O4 로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 어느 하나 이상의 입자를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스센서용 다공질보호층의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 (1) 단계에서 세라믹분말의 이형도는 1.8 ~ 4.2 인 것을 특징으로 하는 가스센서용 다공질보호층의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 (1) 단계의 세라믹분말 중에서 상기 이형도 조건을 만족하는 세라믹분말은 전체 세라믹분말의 50중량% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 가스센서용 다공질보호층의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 이형도 조건을 만족하는 세라믹분말의 단면형상은 타원형, 아령형, 다각형, 별형, 뿔형, 오뚜기형, 십자형, 별형, 알파벳형, 그루브형 및 아령형 중 어느 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 가스센서용 다공질보호층의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 (1) 단계의 세라믹분말은 이형도가 1.5 ~ 2.0인 제1 세라믹분말과 이형도가 3.0 ~ 4.2인 제2 세라믹분말을 포함하고,
상기 제1 세라믹분말과 제2 세라믹분말의 중량비는 1 : 1.6 ~ 3.0인 것을 특징으로 하는 가스센서용 다공질보호층의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 기공형성제는 라디칼 중합성 단량체, 다관능성 가교 단량체, 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 단량체의 중합체;, 라디칼 중합성 단량체, 다관능성 가교 단량체, 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 단량체의 마이크로에멀젼 폴리머 비드;, 이산화규소(SiO2), 이산화티타늄(TiO-2) 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 산화물;, 카본, 탄수화물 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 탄소물; 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 어느 하나 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스센서용 다공질보호층의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 (2) 단계의 소결온도는 800 ~ 1700℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 가스센서용 다공질보호층의 제조방법. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 세라믹분말은 알루미나, 스피넬, 이산화티타늄, 지르코니아, 산화이트륨, 산화리튬, 산화칼슘, 산화마그네슘, 산화세륨 및 뮬라이트로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 어느 하나 이상의 입자를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스센서용 다공질보호층. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 세라믹분말의 이형도는 1.8 ~ 4.2 인 것을 특징으로 하는 가스센서용 다공질보호층. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 다공질보호층의 기공도는 20 ~ 60%인 것을 특징으로 하는 가스센서용 다공질보호층. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 다공질보호층의 평균 기공직경은 5.5 ~ 42㎛ 인 것을 특징으로 하는 가스센서용 다공질보호층. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 다공질보호층은 가스센서 외부전극의 일면에 대면하는 제1 표면과 상기 제1 표면의 반대면인 제2 표면을 포함하고, 상기 제2 표면에서 제1 표면으로 갈수록 기공직경이 커지는 직경 구배를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스센서용 다공질보호층. - 제14항에 있어서,
상기 다공질보호층의 제2 표면에 포함된 기공의 평균직경은 5.5 ~ 8㎛이며, 상기 평균직경의 ±2㎛의 기공직경을 가지는 기공이 제2 표면에 포함된 전체 기공의 80% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 가스센서용 다공질보호층. - 제14항에 있어서,
상기 다공질보호층의 제2 표면에 포함된 기공의 평균직경과 제1 표면에 포함된 기공의 평균직경 비는 1 : 1.8 ~ 6인 것을 특징으로 하는 가스센서용 다공질보호층. - 제9항 내지 제16항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 가스센서용 다공질보호층;을 포함하는 가스센서용 전극.
- 제17항에 있어서,
상기 다공질보호층의 두께는 20 ~ 200㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 가스센서. - 제17항에 따른 가스센서용 전극을 외부 센싱 전극으로 포함하는 가스센서.
