- 가스센서의 센싱전극을 보호하는 가스센서용 다공질 보호층에 있어서,
상기 다공질 보호층은 센싱전극과 대면하는 제1 표면과 상기 제1 표면에 대향하는 제2 표면을 관통하는 연속기공을 포함하며,
상기 연속기공은 상기 제2 표면에서 제1 표면으로 갈수록 직경이 커지고,
상기 연속기공의 제2 표면에서 직경과 제1 표면에서 직경의 비가 1 : 1.8 ~ 6인 것을 특징으로 하는 가스센서용 다공질 보호층. - 제10항에 있어서,
상기 연속기공의 평균직경은 5.5 ~ 42㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 가스센서용 다공질 보호층. - 제10항에 있어서,
상기 다공질 보호층의 단위 체적당 평균 기공율은 20 ~ 60%인 것을 특징으로 하는 가스센서용 다공질 보호층. - 삭제
