Abstract
즉, 본 발명은 친환경 차량의 후측방 충돌을 BSD(Blind Spot Detection) 센서 및 요레이트 센서 등을 이용하여 확정하고, 후측방 충돌 확정 순간에 고전압배터리의 릴레이를 오프시킴으로써, 후측방 충돌 사고시 고전압배터리에 대한 고전압 차단 기능이 용이하게 이루어질 수 있도록 한 친환경 차량의 제어 시스템 및 방법을 제공하고자 한 것이다.

도 2는 친환경 차량의 고전압배터리 탑재 위치를 도시한 개략도,
도 3은 친환경 차량의 후측방 충돌을 감지하는 BSD 센서의 장착 위치를 도시한 개략도,
도 4a 내지 도 4c는 차량의 후측방 감지 센서의 종류 및 감지범위를 도시한 개략도.
Claims (6)
- 후측방에 존재하는 차량 또는 물체와의 거리, 상대속도, 충돌 예상 시간을 모니터링하여 제어기에 전송하는 후측방 감지센서;
차량의 현재 요레이트를 감지하여, 그 감지된 값을 제어기에 전송하는 요레이트 감지센서;
후측방 감지센서의 모니터링 신호 및 요레이트 감지센서의 요레이트 감지값을 기반으로 후측방 충돌 여부를 판정하되, 후측방 감지센서에서 감지된 충돌물체와의 충돌 예상시간이 제1임계값 이하이고, 차량 또는 충돌물체와의 상대거리가 제2임계값 이하이며, 요레이트 감지센서에서 감지된 요레이트 감지값이 제3임계값 이상이면, 후측방 충돌 상황으로 판정한 후, 고전압 배터리의 릴레이를 오프시키는 제어를 하는 제어기;
를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 친환경 차량의 제어 시스템.

- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 후측방 감지센서는 충돌물체와의 충돌 예상 시간 및 거리를 감지하는 센서로서, BSD(Blind Spot Detection) 센서와, LCA(Lane Change Alert) 센서와, RCTA(Rear Cross Traffic Alert) 센서 중 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 친환경 차량의 제어 시스템.
- 후측방 감지센서에서 후측방에 존재하는 차량 또는 물체와의 거리, 상대속도, 충돌 예상 시간을 모니터링하여 제어기에 전송하는 단계;
요레이트 감지센서에서 차량의 현재 요레이트를 감지하여, 그 감지된 값을 제어기에 전송하는 단계;
후측방 감지센서의 모니터링 신호 및 및 요레이트 감지센서의 요레이트 감지값이 제어기에 입력되면, 제어기에서 후측방 충돌 여부를 판정하되,
후측방 감지센서에서 감지된 충돌물체와의 충돌 예상시간이 제1임계값 이하이고, 차량 또는 충돌물체와의 상대거리가 제2임계값 이하이며, 요레이트 감지센서에서 감지된 요레이트 감지값이 제3임계값 이상이면, 후측방 충돌 상황으로 판정하는 단계;
상기 제어기에서 후측방 충돌 상황으로 판정한 순간, 고전압 배터리의 릴레이를 오프시키는 단계;
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 친환경 차량의 제어 방법.

상기 후측방 감지센서는 충돌물체와의 충돌 예상 시간 및 거리를 감지하는 센서로서, BSD(Blind Spot Detection) 센서와, LCA(Lane Change Alert) 센서와, RCTA(Rear Cross Traffic Alert) 센서 중 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 친환경 차량의 제어 방법.
