섬유 보강 복합재의 제조방법. - 제11항에 있어서, 상기 천공된 프리프레그는 부분적으로 함침된 프리프레그이고,
각각의 부분적으로 함침된 프리프레그는 매트릭스 수지가 없는 매트릭스 부재 구역을 포함하며,
상기 매트릭스 부재 구역은 각각의 부분적으로 함침된 프리프레그의 천공을 통해 기체 전달을 가능하게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 섬유 보강 복합재의 제조방법. - 제11항에 있어서, 매트릭스 수지의 점도가 실온에서 1,000,000cp 이상이고, 프리프레그 레이업을 강화하는 단계에서 열을 프리프레그 레이업에 적용함으로써 매트릭스 수지가 흐르게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 섬유 보강 복합재의 제조방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 섬유 보강 복합재는 복합재의 총 부피를 기준으로 10 vol% 미만의 다공도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 섬유 보강 복합재의 제조방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 적어도 일부의 천공은 천공된 프리프레그의 선택된 두께를 통해 부분적으로 뻗어 있는 부분 천공인 것을 특징으로 하는, 섬유 보강 복합재의 제조방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 각각의 프리프레그에 에너지를 전달함으로써 천공이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 섬유 보강 복합재의 제조방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 프리프레그의 두께를 통해 외부 표면으로부터 프리프레그로 꿰뚫기 위해 핀 프레스의 형태로 에너지가 전달되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 섬유 보강 복합재의 제조방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 에너지가 초음파 압력파의 형태로 전달되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 섬유 보강 복합재의 제조방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 에너지가 열 에너지의 적용에 의해 전달되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 섬유 보강 복합재의 제조방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 평균적으로 프리프레그 1.0㎠당 적어도 1개의 천공이 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 섬유 보강 복합재의 제조방법.
