수지가 수지의 g당 10mg 미만의 KOH 산가를 갖고, 보조-가교결합제가 비닐에터 또는 비닐에스터인 분말 코팅 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
수지가 수지의 g당 5mg 미만의 KOH 산가를 갖고, 보조-가교결합제가 비닐에터 또는 비닐에스터인 분말 코팅 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
수지의 반응성 불포화가 말레산, 푸마르산, 시트라콘산, 이타콘산 또는 메사콘산의 반응성 불포화이고,
수지가 시차 주사 열량계(DSC)를 통해 5℃/분의 가열 속도로 측정하였을 때 40℃ 이상의 유리 전이 온도를 갖고,
억제제를 추가로 포함하는, 분말 코팅 조성물. - 제 26 항에 있어서,
보조-가교결합제가 비닐에터, 비닐에스터 및 이들의 혼합물의 군에서 선택되는, 분말 코팅 조성물. - 제 1 항에 따른 분말 코팅 조성물의 제조 방법으로서,
(a) 상기 분말 코팅 조성물의 성분들을 혼합하여 프리믹스를 수득하는 단계,
(b) 상기 프리믹스를 압출기 내에서 가열하여 압출물을 수득하는 단계,
(c) 상기 압출물을 냉각시켜 고화된 압출물을 수득하는 단계, 및
(d) 상기 고화된 압출물을 작은 입자로 파쇄하여 상기 분말 코팅 조성물을 수득하는 단계
를 포함하는, 제조 방법. - 제 28 항에 있어서,
분말 코팅 조성물이 제 26 항에 따른 분말 코팅 조성물인 제조 방법. - 제 28 항에 있어서,
분말 코팅 조성물이 제 27 항에 따른 분말 코팅 조성물인 제조 방법. - 1) 제 1 항에 따른 분말 코팅 조성물을 기판에 도포하여 부분적으로 또는 완전히 코팅된 기판을 수득하는 단계, 및
2) 코팅이 적어도 부분적으로 경화되는 시간 및 온도에서, 상기 부분적으로 또는 완전히 코팅된 기판을 가열하는 단계
를 포함하는, 기판을 코팅하는 방법. - 제 31 항에 있어서,
