Claims (11)
- 평판디스플레이장치에 포함된 터치패널에 있어서,
절연기판;
상기 기판의 상면에 대해 기울어져 배치된 다수의 하부전극;
상기 하부전극 상에 배치되어 상기 다수의 하부전극의 일부분을 노출시키는 다수의 콘택홀이 구비된 절연층;
상기 절연층 상에 배치되며, 상기 다수의 콘택홀에 의해 상기 다수의 하부전극과 전기적으로 연결되는 다수의 상부전극; 및
상기 상부전극 상에 배치된 보호막을 포함하고,
상기 평판디스플레이장치의 해상도에 따라 상기 다수의 하부전극의 기울기가 달라지는 터치패널. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 하부전극은 일정 간격으로 서로 이격된 터치패널. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 상부전극은,
일정 간격으로 서로 이격되어 배치되며, 각각이 마름모 패턴을 갖는 다수의 제1 상부전극; 및
상기 제1 상부전극 사이에 배치되며, 각각이 연결부에 의해 서로 연결된 마름모 패턴을 갖는 다수의 제2 상부전극을 포함하는 터치패널. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 제1 상부전극 간의 간격은 40㎛~60㎛인 터치패널. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 제1 상부전극과 상기 제2 상부전극의 연결부 사이의 간격은 8㎛~12㎛인 터치패널. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 연결부의 폭은 40㎛~60㎛인 터치패널. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 하부전극의 기울기는 5° ~ 40°인 터치패널. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 하부전극의 길이는 120㎛~140㎛인 터치패널. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 하부전극의 폭은 3㎛~5㎛인 터치패널. - 삭제
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 터치패널을 포함하는 평판디스플레이장치.
