- 기판;
상기 기판 상에 패턴 형성된 전극부; 및
지지대와 상기 지지대의 상단 부위를 제외한 둘레에 형성된 생체적합성 막과 상기 지지대의 상단에 형성된 촉매 전극 및 상기 촉매 전극을 감싸는 생분해성 팁을 각각 구비한 복수의 마이크로 니들이 상기 전극부 상에 세워져 배열되고 상기 각 지지대를 통해 접속되는 마이크로 니들 어레이;를 포함하며,
상기 전극부는 작업 전극과 보조 전극으로 이루어지며;
상기 작업 전극과 보조 전극은 직사각 형태, 수직 빗살을 갖는 빗(longitudinal comb)의 형태, 사선 빗살을 갖는 빗(diagonal comb)의 형태, 및 나선(spiral) 형태 중 어느 하나의 형태로 각각 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 패치형 전기화학적 바이오센서.
- 기판;
상기 기판 상에 패턴 형성된 전극부; 및
지지대와 상기 지지대의 상단 부위를 제외한 둘레에 형성된 생체적합성 막과 상기 지지대의 상단에 형성된 촉매 전극 및 상기 촉매 전극을 감싸는 생분해성 팁을 각각 구비한 복수의 마이크로 니들이 상기 전극부 상에 세워져 배열되고 상기 각 지지대를 통해 접속되는 마이크로 니들 어레이;를 포함하며,
상기 전극부는 작업 전극과 보조 전극 및 기준 전극으로 이루어지며;
상기 작업 전극과 보조 전극은 직사각 형태, 수직 빗살을 갖는 빗(longitudinal comb)의 형태, 사선 빗살을 갖는 빗(diagonal comb)의 형태, 및 나선(spiral) 형태 중 어느 하나의 형태로 각각 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 패치형 전기화학적 바이오센서.
- 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서,
상기 촉매 전극은 효소 기반의 촉매 전극과 무효소 기반의 촉매 전극 중 어느 하나로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 패치형 전기화학적 바이오센서.

상기 기판을 복수의 지지대 몸체들로 절개한 후, 절개된 지지대 몸체들을 수직으로 세우는 단계;
상기 기판 상에 도전성 재질로 전극부를 패턴 형성하는 단계;
상기 지지대 몸체들의 각 표면에 상기 전극부와 연결되도록 도전성 재질로 전극 연결 도선을 형성하여 지지대들을 형성하는 단계;
상기 지지대들의 각 상단 부위를 제외한 둘레 부위에 생체적합성 막을 형성하는 단계; 및
상기 지지대들의 각 상단 부위를 감싸도록 생분해성 팁을 형성하는 단계;
를 포함하는 패치형 전기화학적 바이오센서 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서,
상기 지지대들의 각 상단 부위에 생분해성 팁을 형성하는 단계 이전에,
상기 지지대들의 각 상단 부위에 촉매 전극을 형성하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 패치형 전기화학적 바이오센서 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서,
상기 기판을 도전체로 마련하는 경우,
상기 기판 상에 도전성 재질로 전극부를 패턴 형성하는 단계 이전에,
상기 기판의 상면과 지지대 몸체들의 각 표면에 절연막을 형성하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 패치형 전기화학적 바이오센서 제조방법.
