Abstract
Description
도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 장갑용 코팅 조성물을 이용하여 코팅 장갑을 제조하는 과정을 예시하는 흐름도.
도 3 내지 도 4는 본 발명의 실시예1 및 실시예2에 의해 제조된 코팅장갑 표면 및 단면의 SEM(scanning electron microscope, 주사전자현미경) 사진.
도 5 내지 도 6은 본 발명의 실시예들과 비교를 위하여 종래 방법에 의해 제조된 코팅장갑 표면 및 단면의 SEM 사진.
도 7은 종래 PU 코팅 장갑에서 DMF가 검출되는지 여부를 시험한 시험성적표.
도 8은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 세미-발포 코팅 장갑의 공기투과도를 시험한 시험성적표.
도 9는 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 발포 코팅 장갑의 공기투과도를 시험한 시험성적표.
본 발명에 따라 제조된 식품용 코팅장갑은 종래의 습식 폴리우레탄(PU), NBR라텍스, 2액형 습식 폴리우레탄(PUD) 코팅장갑보다 환경친화성, 공정단순성 측면에서 개선된 것으로, 종래 사용분야인 반도체 및 전기·전자산업에 사용할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 제조공정상 전처리응고제가 사용되지 않기 때문에 식품·의약품을 제조 또는 취급하는 크린룸·의료실·약제실 등에서도 종래의 라텍스장갑이나 PVC비닐장갑을 대체하여 사용할 수 있다.
Claims (5)
- 장갑을 몰드에 착장하여, 별도의 전처리 과정 없이, 세미발포 또는 발포 가공된 장갑용 코팅 조성물에 침지 코팅한 후, 75℃ 내지 110℃의 1차구간에서 5~20분 동안 및 110℃ 내지 130℃의 2차구간에서 8~45분 동안 고온 건조시킴으로써 코팅 장갑을 제조하기 위한 장갑 코팅용 조성물로서,
카티온(cation)성 또는 아니온(anion)성 1액형 수분산 폴리우레탄 60~90 중량%;
아크릴(acrylic)계, 아마이드(amide)계, 우레탄(Urethane)계, 셀룰로오스(Cellulose)계 폴리머 중 1종 이상을 포함하는 유동성 조절제 0.1~3 중량%;
중성(neutral)수 5~35 중량%;
왁스 및 불소 폴리머 중 1종을 포함하는 특성 조절제 0.1~4 중량%; 및
아니온(anion)계, 카티온(cation)계, 노니온(nonion)계 수성 착색제 중 1종을 포함하는 착색제 0.1~2.5 중량%를
포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장갑 코팅용 조성물.

장갑을 몰드에 착장하여, 상기 세미발포 또는 발포 가공된 장갑용 코팅 조성물에 침지 코팅하고, 75℃ 내지 110℃의 1차구간에서 5~20분 동안 및 110℃ 내지 130℃의 2차구간에서 8~45분 동안 고온 건조하고 및 탈형함으로써 코팅 장갑을 제조하는 코팅 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장갑 코팅 방법.
