Claims (8)
- 복수의 화소 영역을 구비하는 기판;상기 기판 상에 구비되는 복수의 게이트 배선;상기 기판 상에 상기 복수의 게이트 배선과 교차하여 구비되는 복수의 데이터 배선;상기 복수의 데이터 배선과 동일한 방향으로 구비되며, 상기 복수의 데이터 배선 하부에 각각 오버랩되는 제1 공통전극;상기 복수의 데이터 배선과 동일한 방향으로 구비되며, 상기 복수의 데이터 배선 사이마다 구비되는 제2 공통전극; 및상기 복수의 데이터 배선 각각과 상기 제1 공통전극의 적층 사이에 구비되는 감광막 패턴을 포함하고, 상기 감광막 패턴은 상기 제1 공통전극의 한 면과만 접촉하는 표시장치패널.
- 제1항에 있어서, 게이트 전극을 구비하는 하나 이상의 트랜지스터를 더 포함하고,상기 게이트 전극은 상기 제1 공통전극과 동일한 층에 구비되며 상기 제1 공통전극과 동일한 물질인 표시장치패널.

- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 복수의 데이터 배선 각각은 상기 복수의 게이트 배선 방향을 따라 구비된 상기 복수의 화소 영역 중 적어도 2 개의 화소 영역의 회로와 전기적으로 연결되는 표시장치패널.
