Abstract
즉, 본 발명은 전체 공조 모드와 개별 공조 모드 간의 전환시, 블로워모터의 전압 변화 속도를 조수석 모드 도어를 작동시키기 위한 액츄에이터의 작동전압 변경 속도와 유사하게 제어해줌으로써, 실내로 토출되는 풍량의 순간적인 증가 또는 감소를 완화시킬 수 있고, 그에 따라 운전자가 느끼는 토출풍량 이질감을 방지할 수 있는 자동차용 공조장치의 토출 풍량 제어 시스템 및 방법을 제공하고자 한 것이다.

Claims (5)
- 전체 공조 모드 또는 개별 공조 모드를 선택하기 위한 드라이브 온리 모드 선택부와;
상기 전체 공조 모드 또는 개별 공조 모드별로 서로 다른 풍량을 실내로 제공하는 블로워모터와;
상기 전체 공조 모드 선택시 액츄에이터에 의하여 열리고, 상기 개별 공조 모드 선택시 액츄에이터에 의하여 닫히는 조수석 모드 도어와;
상기 드라이브 온리 모드 선택부에 의한 개별 공조 모드 선택시, 블로워모터의 전압 감소 속도를 조수석 모드 도어를 닫아주기 위한 액츄에이터의 작동전압 감소 속도에 맞추어 조절하거나, 전체 공조 모드 선택시 블로워모터의 전압 증가 속도를 조수석 모드 도어를 열어주기 위한 액츄에이터의 작동전압 증가 속도에 맞추어 조절하는 제어부;를 포함하여 구성되며,
상기 제어부는 액츄에이터의 작동전압과 블로워모터의 전압 간의 관계식인 에 의하여 블로워모터의 전압이 변경 조절되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 공조장치의 토출 풍량 제어 시스템.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 개별 공조 모드 선택시, 풍량을 제공하는 블로워모터의 전압 감소 속도를 조수석 모드 도어를 닫아주기 위한 액츄에이터의 작동전압 감소 속도에 맞추어 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 공조장치의 토출 풍량 제어 방법.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 전체 공조 모드 선택시, 풍량을 제공하는 블로워모터의 전압 증가 속도를 조수석 모드 도어를 열어주기 위한 액츄에이터의 작동전압 증가 속도에 맞추어 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 공조장치의 토출 풍량 제어 방법.
