Claims (4)
- 직렬로 배치되는 엔진 및 모터와, 상기 모터와 구동륜 사이에 배치되는 클러치와, 상기 모터의 회전이 전달됨으로써 동작하는 오일 펌프와, 상기 오일 펌프의 토출압을 원압으로 하여 상기 클러치에 공급하는 유압을 압력 조절하는 압력 조절 기구를 구비하고, 발진 시 또는 감속하여 정차할 때에, 상기 클러치에 공급되는 유압을 상기 압력 조절 기구에 의해 상기 클러치가 슬립하는 유압으로 압력 조절하는 WSC 제어를 행하는 하이브리드 차량의 고장 판정 장치이며,
상기 WSC 제어를 행하고 있음에도 불구하고, 상기 모터의 회전 속도가 아이들 회전 속도 미만으로 저하되고, 또한 상기 클러치의 차회전이 소정값 미만으로 되었는지를 판단하는 모터 회전 저하 판단 수단과,
상기 판단이 긍정적인 경우에, 상기 오일 펌프의 토출압이 그대로 상기 클러치에 공급되는 상시 MAX압 고장이 발생하고 있다고 판정하는 상시 MAX압 고장 판정 수단을 구비한, 고장 판정 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 상시 MAX압 고장 판정 수단은, 상기 긍정적인 판단이 이루어진 시간을 누적하고, 상기 시간의 누적값이 소정값을 초과하는 경우에 상기 상시 MAX압 고장이 발생하고 있다고 판정하는, 고장 판정 장치. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 상시 MAX압 고장 판정 수단은, 상기 엔진이 스톨하고 있는 경우에는 상기 시간의 누적을 행하지 않는, 고장 판정 장치. - 직렬로 배치되는 엔진 및 모터와, 상기 모터와 구동륜 사이에 배치되는 클러치와, 상기 모터의 회전이 전달됨으로써 동작하는 오일 펌프와, 상기 오일 펌프의 토출압을 원압으로 하여 상기 클러치에 공급하는 유압을 압력 조절하는 압력 조절 기구를 구비하고, 발진 시 또는 감속하여 정차할 때에, 상기 클러치에 공급되는 유압을 상기 압력 조절 기구에 의해 상기 클러치가 슬립하는 유압으로 압력 조절하는 WSC 제어를 행하는 하이브리드 차량에 있어서의 고장 판정 방법이며,
상기 WSC 제어를 행하고 있음에도 불구하고, 상기 모터의 회전 속도가 아이들 회전 속도 미만으로 저하되고, 또한 상기 클러치의 차회전이 소정값 미만으로 되었는지를 판단하고,
상기 판단이 긍정적인 경우에, 상기 오일 펌프의 토출압이 그대로 상기 클러치에 공급되는 상시 MAX압 고장이 발생하고 있다고 판정하는, 고장 판정 방법.
