도 1은 본 발명의 제1실시예에 따른 하이브리드 차량용 동력전달시스템의 개략적인 구조를 설명하기 위한 개요도;
도 2는 본 발명의 제1실시예에 따른 하이브리드 차량용 동력전달시스템의 모터 제너레이터 MG 및 토크 컨버터 부근의 구조를 구체적으로 나타내는 단면도;
도 3은 본 발명의 제1실시예에 따른 동력전달시스템에 설치된 유압 회로를 설명하기 위한 블록도;
도 4는 본 발명의 제2실시예에 따른 하이브리드 차량용 동력전달시스템의 개략적인 구조를 설명하기 위한 개요도;
도 5는 본 발명의 제2실시예에 따른 제2오일펌프를 구체적으로 나타내는 도면으로서, 도 2의 V 부분에 상당하는 부분의 확대 단면도;
도 6은 본 발명의 제3실시예에 따른 하이브리드 차량용 동력전달시스템의 개략적인 구조를 설명하기 위한 개요도; 및
도 7은 본 발명의 제3실시예에 따른 제2오일펌프를 구체적으로 나타내는 도면으로서, 도 2의 VII 부분에 상당하는 부분의 확대 단면도이다.
Claims (4)
- 하이브리드 차량용 동력전달시스템으로서,
변속기;
클러치;
상기 변속기를 통해 구동휠에 연결된 모터;
상기 클러치를 통해 상기 모터에 연결된 엔진;
상기 변속기에 오일을 공급하는 제1오일펌프;
상기 모터 및 상기 클러치에 오일을 공급하는 제2오일펌프;
상기 제1오일펌프와 상기 변속기를 수용하는 제1케이스;
상기 제2오일펌프, 상기 클러치 및 상기 모터를 수용하는 제2케이스;
상기 제1오일펌프가 설치되는 제1유압회로로서, 상기 제1유압회로는 상기 제1유압회로의 유로를 전환하도록 구성되는 제1밸브체와 제1오일팬을 포함하고, 상기 제1밸브체와 상기 제1오일팬은 상기 제1케이스에 설치되는 상기 제1유압회로; 및
상기 제2오일펌프가 설치되는 제2유압회로로서, 상기 제2유압회로는 상기 제1유압회로와는 독립되어 있으며, 상기 제2유압회로는 상기 제2유압회로의 유로를 전환하도록 구성되는 제2밸브체와 제2오일팬을 포함하고 상기 제2밸브체와 상기 제2오일팬은 상기 제2케이스에 설치되는 상기 제2유압회로를 포함하는 하이브리드 차량용 동력전달시스템. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제2오일펌프는, 상기 모터에 연결되어, 상기 모터에 의해 구동되는 하이브리드 차량용 동력전달시스템. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 제2오일펌프는, 상기 제2오일펌프의 적어도 일부가 상기 모터의 축방향으로 상기 모터와 오버랩되는 위치에 설치되어 있는 하이브리드 차량용 동력전달시스템. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 모터와 상기 변속기 사이에 설치된 토크 컨버터를 더 포함하고,
상기 제2오일펌프는, 상기 제2오일펌프의 적어도 일부가 상기 토크 컨버터의 축방향으로 상기 토크 컨버터와 오버랩되는 위치에 설치되어 있는 하이브리드 차량용 동력전달시스템.
