도 2는 본 발명에 따른 파쇄 재활용 플라스틱 폐기물 선별방법을 나타내는 공정 흐름도이다.

- 플라스틱 폐기물로부터 금속 물질 및 금속이 포함된 플라스틱 폐기물을 선별하여 분류하는 금속 선별분류공정;
금속이 분리된 플라스틱 폐기물로부터 블랙계열의 플라스틱 폐기물과, 비-블랙계열의 플라스틱 폐기물을 선별하여 분류하는 제1색상 선별분류공정;
분리된 비-블랙계열의 플라스틱 폐기물로부터 색상별로 선별하여 분류하는 제2색상 선별분류공정;
상기 제2색상 선별분류공정를 경유하면서 색상별로 분류된 플라스틱 폐기물 각각을 광을 이용하여 소재별로 선별하여 분류하는 광학 선별분류공정;
상기 제1색상 선별분류공정에서 분리된 블랙계열의 플라스틱 폐기물을 소재별로 선별하여 분류하기 위한 정전 선별분류공정; 및,
상기 광학 선별분류공정과 상기 정전 선별분류공정에서 단일 소재별로 분류된 각 플라스틱 폐기물을 난연성 및 비난연성으로 선별하여 분류함으로써 선별 공정을 최소화하면서도 선별 공정의 효율을 높일 수 있는 X-RAY 선별분류공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 파쇄 재활용 플라스틱 선별 또는 재활용방법.
- 제4항에 있어서,
상기 금속 선별분류공정은, 에디 전류(Eddy current)를 이용하여 금속을 선별하여 분류하는 제1금속 선별분류공정; 및,
금속 감지기를 이용하여 금속을 감지하는 제2금속 선별분류공정으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 파쇄 재활용 플라스틱 선별 또는 재활용방법.
- 제4항에 있어서,
상기 광학 선별공정은 근적외선(NIR)을 이용하여 재질별로 선별하여 분류하는 근적외선 선별공정으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 파쇄 재활용 플라스틱 선별 또는 재활용방법.
