Description
도 2는 비교예에 있어서의 하이브리드 건설 기계의 유압 제어 회로를 도시하는 회로도이다.
Claims (3)
- 제1 메인 펌프(MP1) 및 제2 메인 펌프(MP2)와,
제1 공급 통로(1)를 통하여 상기 제1 메인 펌프(MP1)와 접속되는 제1 회로 계통(S1)과,
제2 공급 통로(3)를 통하여 상기 제2 메인 펌프(MP2)와 접속되는 제2 회로 계통(S2)과,
접속 통로(6)를 통해 상기 제2 메인 펌프(MP2)에 접속되는 유압 모터(M)와,
상기 유압 모터(M)의 구동력으로 회전하는 모터 제너레이터(MG)와,
상기 모터 제너레이터(MG)의 구동력으로 회전하는 어시스트 펌프(AP)와,
상기 어시스트 펌프(AP)에 접속되고, 도중으로부터 한쪽 분기 통로(7a)와 다른 쪽 분기 통로(7b)로 분기하는 합류 통로(7)와,
상기 한쪽 분기 통로(7a)와 상기 제1 공급 통로(1) 사이에 개재 장착된 제1 로직 밸브(2)와,
상기 제2 공급 통로(3)에 개재 장착된 제2 로직 밸브(4)와,
상기 다른 쪽 분기 통로(7b)에 개재 장착되고, 상기 어시스트 펌프(AP)가 상기 제2 로직 밸브(2)의 상류측의 상기 제2 공급 통로(3)에 접속하는 상태와, 상기 제2 메인 펌프(MP2)가 상기 접속 통로(6)를 통해 상기 유압 모터(M)에 접속하는 상태를 전환 가능한 전환 밸브(5)
를 구비하는 하이브리드 건설 기계의 제어 시스템이며,
상기 전환 밸브(5)의 하류에 있어서 상기 다른 쪽 분기 통로(7b)로부터 분기한 바이패스 통로(9)를 더 구비하고,
상기 바이패스 통로(9)는, 상기 제2 로직 밸브(4)의 하류측의 상기 제2 공급 통로(3)에 접속하는,
하이브리드 건설 기계의 제어 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 다른 쪽 분기 통로(7b)에 있어서의 상기 바이패스 통로(9)와의 분기점보다 하류측에는, 상기 어시스트 펌프(AP)로부터 상기 제2 로직 밸브(4)에의 유통만을 허용하는 체크 밸브(8)가 설치되고,
상기 바이패스 통로(9)에는, 상기 어시스트 펌프(AP)로부터 상기 제2 회로 계통(S2)에의 유통만을 허용하는 체크 밸브(10)가 설치되는, 하이브리드 건설 기계의 제어 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 로직 밸브(2)의 개방도를 조정하는 파일럿실(2c) 및 상기 제2 로직 밸브(4)의 개방도를 조정하는 파일럿실(4c)의 적어도 한쪽에 개폐 밸브(13, 14)가 설치되고,
상기 개폐 밸브(13, 14)는, 완전 개방 위치, 폐쇄 위치 및 교축 제어 위치 중 어느 하나로 전환 가능한, 하이브리드 건설 기계의 제어 시스템.
