Claims (6)
- 알칼리금속 수산화물을 포함하는 알칼리, 술팜산 또는 술팜산염 및 염소계 산화제를 함유하는 수용액 제제로 이루어지는 결합 염소제로서,
상기 수용액 제제 중의 상기 술팜산 또는 상기 술팜산염과 상기 염소계 산화제의 함유 비율이 Cl/N(몰비)으로 0.45 내지 0.6이고,
상기 알칼리와 상기 염소계 산화제의 함유 비율이 Cl/알칼리금속(몰비)으로 0.3 내지 0.4이며,
상기 알칼리와 상기 술팜산 또는 상기 술팜산염의 함유 비율이 N/알칼리금속(몰비)으로 0.5 내지 0.7이고,
상기 Cl/N(몰비)은 JIS K 0400-33-10:1999에 의해 측정되는 상기 염소계 산화제의 Cl2의 몰수와 N에 의해 구성되는 상기 술팜산 또는 상기 술팜산염의 몰수의 비에 상당하며,
상기 N/알칼리금속(몰비)은 상기 술팜산 또는 상기 술팜산염의 몰수와 상기 알칼리금속 수산화물을 포함하는 상기 알칼리의 몰수의 비에 상당하고,
상기 술팜산염에 포함되는 상기 알칼리금속의 양은 상기 알칼리로서 가산되며,
상기 수용액 제제의 pH가 13 이상이고,
상기 수용액 제제 중의 유리염소 농도가 1000㎎/L 이하이고, 총 염소 농도의 2 중량% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 결합 염소제. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 역침투막의 슬라임 컨트롤제용으로 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 결합 염소제.
- 알칼리금속 수산화물을 포함하는 알칼리 수용액에 술팜산 또는 술팜산염을 첨가하고 용해하여 얻어진 술팜산-알칼리 혼합 수용액에 염소계 산화제를 첨가하고 혼합하여 수용액 제제로서 조제하는 방법으로서,
상기 수용액 제제 중의 상기 술팜산 또는 상기 술팜산염과 상기 염소계 산화제의 함유 비율이 Cl/N(몰비)으로 0.45 내지 0.6이고,

상기 알칼리와 상기 술팜산 또는 상기 술팜산염의 함유 비율이 N/알칼리금속(몰비)으로 0.5 내지 0.7이고,
상기 Cl/N(몰비)은 JIS K 0400-33-10:1999에 의해 측정되는 상기 염소계 산화제의 Cl2의 몰수와 N에 의해 구성되는 상기 술팜산 또는 상기 술팜산염의 몰수의 비에 상당하며,
상기 N/알칼리금속(몰비)은 상기 술팜산 또는 상기 술팜산염의 몰수와 상기 알칼리금속 수산화물을 포함하는 상기 알칼리의 몰수의 비에 상당하고,
상기 술팜산염에 포함되는 상기 알칼리금속의 양은 상기 알칼리로서 가산되며,
상기 수용액 제제의 pH가 13 이상이고,
상기 수용액 제제 중의 유리염소 농도가 1000mg/L 이하이고, 총 염소 농도의 2 중량% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 결합 염소제의 제조 방법. - 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 알칼리 수용액은 물의 양이 50 중량% 내지 65 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 결합 염소제의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 따른 결합 염소제를 유리염소 농도가 0.1㎎/L 이하, 총 염소 농도가 1㎎/L 내지 50㎎/L가 되도록 수성 매질에 첨가하여 염소 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 염소 처리 방법.
- 제 1 항에 따른 결합 염소제를 유리염소 농도가 0.1㎎/L 이하, 총 염소 농도가 1㎎/L 내지 50㎎/L가 되도록 역침투막의 급수 수성 매질에 첨가하여 염소 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 염소 처리 방법.
