Claims (8)
- 에폭시폴리에테르변성실리콘 및 계면활성제를 필수적으로 함유하는 탄소섬유 제조용 아크릴섬유 유제로서, 유제의 불휘발 성분 전체에서 차지하는 상기 에폭시폴리에테르변성실리콘의 중량비율이 1∼95중량%이며, 상기 계면활성제의 중량비율이 5∼50중량%인, 탄소섬유 제조용 아크릴섬유 유제.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 에폭시폴리에테르변성실리콘이 (폴리)옥시알킬렌기와 에폭시기의 양쪽 모두를 함유하는 치환기에 의해 변성된 변성디메틸폴리실록산, 또는 에폭시기를 함유하는 치환기와 (폴리)옥시알킬렌기를 함유하는 치환기에 의해 변성된 변성디메틸폴리실록산인, 탄소섬유 제조용 아크릴섬유 유제. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 에폭시폴리에테르변성실리콘이 하기 일반식 (1)로 표시되는 화합물 및 하기 일반식 (2)로 표시되는 화합물 중에서 선택되는 적어도 1종의 화합물인, 탄소섬유 제조용 아크릴섬유 유제.

(단, 식 (1) 및 (2) 중의 기호는 각 식 독립적으로 다음과 같은 의미를 나타낸다.
Ep : 하기 일반식 (3) 또는 하기 일반식 (4)로 표시되는 에폭시기를 나타낸다.
A : 탄소수 2∼4의 알킬렌기를 나타낸다. (AO)r 중의 A는 동일하여도 좋고 달라도 좋다.
Ra : 탄소수 1∼6의 알킬렌기를 나타낸다.
Rb : 탄소수 1∼6의 알킬렌기, 또는 -R1OR2-로 표시되는 알콕시알킬렌기(R1, R2는 탄소수 1∼6의 알킬렌기를 나타내며, 동일하여도 좋고, 달라도 좋다)를 나타낸다.
Rc : 수소원자 또는 탄소수 1∼10의 알킬기를 나타낸다.
r : 1∼50의 정수를 나타낸다.
p : 1∼10,000의 정수를 나타낸다.
q : 1∼100의 정수를 나타낸다.
s : 1∼100의 정수를 나타낸다.
t : 1∼100의 정수를 나타낸다.
B, D : 탄소수 1∼3의 알킬기, 탄소수 1∼3의 알콕시기, 수산기, 또는 -Ra-(AO)r-Rb-Ep를 나타낸다. B와 D는 동일하여도 좋고, 달라도 좋다.
F, G는 탄소수 1∼3의 알킬기, 탄소수 1∼3의 알콕시기, 수산기, -Rb-Ep, 또는 -Ra-(AO)r-Rc를 나타낸다. F와 G는 동일하여도 좋고,달라도 좋다.)

- 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 에폭시폴리에테르변성실리콘의 에폭시기가 글리시딜형 에폭시기인, 탄소섬유 제조용 아크릴섬유 유제. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
아미노변성실리콘을 더 함유하고, 유제의 불휘발 성분 전체에서 차지하는 상기 에폭시폴리에테르변성실리콘과 상기 아미노변성실리콘의 합계의 중량비율이 30∼95중량%이며, 에폭시폴리에테르변성실리콘과 아미노변성실리콘과의 중량비가 5/95∼90/10인, 탄소섬유 제조용 아크릴섬유 유제. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
수중에 분산된 에멀젼으로 되어 있는, 탄소섬유 제조용 아크릴섬유 유제. - 탄소섬유 제조용 아크릴섬유의 원료 아크릴섬유에, 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항의 탄소섬유 제조용 아크릴섬유 유제를 부착시켜 제사한, 탄소섬유 제조용 아크릴섬유.
- 탄소섬유 제조용 아크릴섬유의 원료 아크릴섬유에 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항의 탄소섬유 제조용 아크릴섬유 유제를 부착시켜, 탄소섬유 제조용 아크릴섬유를 제조하는 제사 공정과, 상기 제사 공정에서 제조된 탄소섬유 제조용 아크릴섬유를 200∼300℃의 산화성 분위기 중에서 내염화 섬유로 전환하는 내염화 처리공정과, 상기 내염화 섬유를 300∼2,000℃의 불활성 분위기 중에서 탄화시키는 탄소화 처리공정을 포함하는, 탄소섬유의 제조방법.
