Claims (34)
- 알코올 수용액과 촉매를 제1유기규소 관능화제(organosilicon functionalizing agent)의 일부분인 제1부분과 혼합하여 제1반응혼합물을 만드는 단계;
상기 제1반응혼합물을 테트라알콕시실란과 제어된 속도(controlled rate)로 반응시켜서, 졸-겔 실리카(sol gel silica)를 포함하여 구성되는 제2반응혼합물을 만드는 단계; 및
상기 제2반응혼합물을 상기 제1유기규소 관능화제의 나머지부분인 제2부분과 제2유기규소 관능화제의 혼합물과 더 반응시켜서 상기 졸-겔 실리카를 관능화하여 관능성 실리카를 만드는 단계;를 포함하여 구성되며,
상기 제1유기규소 관능화제가 오르가노실라잔을 포함하여 구성되고, 상기 제2유기규소 관능화제가 적어도 하나의 알케닐 기를 포함하여 구성되는, 관능성 실리카의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 부가적인 용제를 첨가하는 단계를 더 포함하여 구성되고, 이 단계에서, 상기 관능성 실리카를 포함하여 구성되는 현탁액이 만들어지는, 관능성 실리카의 제조 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 용제가, 탄화수소들, 실리콘 베이스 모노머들, 액체 이산화탄소, 이온성 액체들 및 그 혼합물들로 구성되는 그러한 군으로부터 선택되는, 관능성 실리카의 제조 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 용제가, 크실렌, 톨루엔, 사이클로헥산, 헵탄, 옥탄, 이소-옥탄, 이소도데카놀 및 그 혼합물들로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는, 관능성 실리카의 제조 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 실리콘 베이스 모노머 용제가, 헥사메틸사이클로트라이실록산, 옥타메틸사이클로테트라실록산, 데카메틸사이클로펜타실록산 및 그 혼합물들로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는, 관능성 실리카의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 촉매가 염기 촉매 또는 중성 촉매를 포함하여 구성되는, 관능성 실리카의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 오르가노실라잔이 헥사알킬다이실라잔을 포함하여 구성되는, 관능성 실리카의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 촉매가 염기 촉매를 포함하여 구성되는, 관능성 실리카의 제조 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 헥사알킬다이실라잔이 헥사메틸다이실라잔를 포함하여 구성되는, 관능성 실리카의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1유기규소 관능화제가 할로실란을 포함하여 구성되고, 상기 촉매가 산 촉매 또는 중성 촉매인, 관능성 실리카의 제조 방법.

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2유기규소 관능화제가 (다이알케닐)다이실라잔을 포함하여 구성되는, 관능성 실리카의 제조 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 (다이알케닐)다이실라잔이 다이알케닐(테트라알킬)다이실라잔을 포함하여 구성되는, 관능성 실리카의 제조 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 다이알케닐(테트라알킬)다이실라잔이 다이비닐(테트라메틸)다이실라잔을 포함하여 구성되는, 관능성 실리카의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2유기규소 관능화제가 (알케닐)할로실란을 포함하여 구성되고, 상기 촉매가 산 촉매 또는 중성 촉매인, 관능성 실리카의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1유기규소 관능화제의 상기 제2부분과 상기 제1부분이, 1 : 0.5 내지 1 : 1 의 상대 몰비(relative mole ratio)로 사용되는, 관능성 실리카의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 테트라알콕시실란과 상기 제1유기규소 관능화제의 상기 제1부분이, 1:0.2 내지 1:0.6 의 상대 몰비로 사용되는, 관능성 실리카의 제조 방법.
- a) 염기성 알코올 수용액(aqueous basic alcoholic solution)을 제1유기규소 관능화제의 일부분인 제1부분과 혼합하여 제1반응혼합물을 만드는 단계; 상기 제1반응혼합물을 테트라알콕시실란과 제어된 속도로 반응시켜서, 졸-겔 실리카를 포함하여 구성되는 제2반응혼합물을 만드는 단계; 상기 제2반응혼합물을 상기 제1유기규소 관능화제의 나머지부분인 제2부분과 제2유기규소 관능화제의 혼합물과 더 반응시켜서, 관능성 실리카를 만드는 단계;를 포함하여 구성되는, 방법에 의해 관능성 실리카를 만드는 단계;
b) (a) 단계에서 얻은 혼합물에 용제를 첨가하여, 상기 관능성 실리카를 포함하여 구성되는 현탁액을 형성하는 단계; 및
c) (b) 단계에서 얻은 현탁액을 실리콘 폴리머와 컴파운딩하고(compounding) 휘발분제거하여(devolatilizing), 경화성 실리콘 러버 조성물을 만드는 단계;를 포함하여 구성되는, 경화성 실리콘 러버 조성물의 제조 방법. - 제18항에 있어서, 상기 경화성 실리콘 러버 조성물이 경화성 액체 실리콘 러버 조성물인, 경화성 실리콘 러버 조성물의 제조 방법.
- 제18항에 있어서, 상기 경화성 실리콘 러버 조성물을 상기 제1유기규소 관능화제의 추가분(a further portion)으로 처리하는 단계를 더 포함하여 구성되는, 경화성 실리콘 러버 조성물의 제조 방법.
- 제20항에 있어서, 진공 하에 100 ℃ 보다 높고 150 ℃ 까지의 온도로 가열하는 단계를 더 포함하여 구성되는, 경화성 실리콘 러버 조성물의 제조 방법.

상기 현탁액을 액체 실리콘 폴리머와 컴파운딩하고 휘발분제거하여, 경화성 실리콘 러버 조성물을 만드는 단계; 및
상기 경화성 실리콘 러버 조성물을 더 컴파운딩하고 휘발분제거하여, 경화된 실리콘 러버 조성물을 만드는 단계;를 포함하여 구성되는, 경화된 실리콘 러버 조성물의 제조 방법. - 제26항에 있어서, 상기 경화성 실리콘 러버 조성물을 제1스트림(stream)과 제2스트림으로 나누는 단계를 더 포함하여 구성되는, 경화된 실리콘 러버 조성물의 제조 방법.
- 제27항에 있어서, 백금 촉매를 상기 제1스트림에 첨가하여 혼합물 성분 A를 만들고, 가교제를 상기 제2스트림에 첨가하여 혼합물 성분 B를 만드는, 경화된 실리콘 러버 조성물의 제조 방법.
- 제28항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물 성분 A와 상기 혼합물 성분 B를 몰드(mold)에 투입하고 경화시켜서 경화된 실리콘 러버 파트(cured silicone rubber part)를 만드는 단계를 포함하여 구성되는, 경화된 실리콘 러버 조성물의 제조 방법.
- 제26항에 있어서, 상기 경화성 실리콘 러버 조성물을 컴파운딩하고 휘발분제거하여, 동방향회전, 치합형 이축 압출기(co-rotating, intermeshing double screw extruder)에서 수행되는, 경화된 실리콘 러버 조성물의 제조 방법.
