Claims (51)
- 에멀젼으로부터 형성된 입자로서, 상기 입자는 입자상에 배치된 금속을 가지며, 화학식 R-Si-H (여기서, R은 유기 또는 무기 부분임)의 화합물을 포함하고, 액체이며, 상기에서 금속은 구리, 테크네튬, 루테늄, 로듐, 팔라듐, 실버, 레늄, 오스뮴, 이리듐, 플라티늄, 골드 및 이의 조합의 군으로부터 선택되는, 입자.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 금속이 상기 화합물의 상기 Si-H와의 환원 반응을 통해 상기 입자상에 배치되거나 상기 금속이 나노입자로 응집되는, 입자.
