Abstract
본 발명에 따른 고등급 아스팔트 조성물은 소성변형, 노화 및/또는 박리가 쉽게 발생하지 않으면서도, 침투수 및 포트홀을 방지하고, 소음을 저감하며, 저비용으로 도로포장을 수행할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

스티렌이소프렌스티렌 40 내지 80중량부;
폴리에스테르, 열가소성 폴리우레탄 탄성중합체, 메틸메타아크릴레이트, 에틸렌 비닐아세트산 공중합체 또는 이들로부터 선택되는 적어도 둘 이상의 혼합물인 고분자 수지 20 내지 60중량부;
변형방지제 10 내지 50중량부;
충진제 2 내지 15중량부;
나노세라믹 입자 5 내지 30중량부;
결합제 5 내지 10중량부;
산화방지제 3 내지 15중량부;

상기 제1택코우트 처리된 아스팔트 표면에 아스팔트 100중량부 기준으로, 스티렌이소프렌스티렌 40 내지 80중량부; 폴리에스테르, 열가소성 폴리우레탄 탄성중합체, 메틸메타아크릴레이트, 에틸렌 비닐아세트산 공중합체 또는 이들로부터 선택되는 적어도 둘 이상의 혼합물인 고분자 수지 20 내지 60중량부; 변형방지제 10 내지 50중량부; 충진제 2 내지 15중량부; 나노세라믹 입자 5 내지 30중량부; 결합제 5 내지 10중량부; 산화방지제 3 내지 15중량부; 안정제 1 내지 10중량부; 파이버 5 내지 20중량부; 및 부착증진제 2 내지 20중량부를 포함하는 고등급 아스팔트 조성물에, 소듐 벤조 에이트를 아스팔트 100중량부를 기준으로 0.1 내지 1중량부로 더 포함하고, 메틸렌 디페닐 디이소시아네이트를 아스팔트 100중량부를 기준으로 0.1 내지 2중량부로 더 포함하며, 다이머산을 아스팔트 100중량부를 기준으로 0.1 내지 2중량부로 더 포함하고, 테트라에틸렌펜타민을 아스팔트 100중량부를 기준으로 1 내지 10중량부로 더 포함하는 고등급 아스팔트 조성물을 20 내지 100밀리미터의 두께로 포설하는 제1기층형성단계;
상기 제1기층형성단계를 통해 형성된 제1기층의 표면을 택 코우트 처리하는 제2택코우트처리단계;
상기 제2택코우트처리단계를 거친 아스팔트의 표면에 상기 제1기층형성단계의 고등급 아스팔트 조성물을 10 내지 80밀리미터의 두께로 포설하는 제2기층형성단계; 및
상기 제1기층형성단계 및 상기 제2기층형성단계를 통해 포설된 고등급 아스팔트 조성물을 양생하는 양생단계를 포함하는 고등급 아스팔트 조성물의 시공방법을 제공한다.

- 아스팔트 100중량부 기준으로,
스티렌이소프렌스티렌 40 내지 80중량부;
폴리에스테르, 열가소성 폴리우레탄 탄성중합체, 메틸메타아크릴레이트, 에틸렌 비닐아세트산 공중합체 또는 이들로부터 선택되는 적어도 둘 이상의 혼합물인 고분자 수지 20 내지 60중량부;
변형방지제 10 내지 50중량부;
충진제 2 내지 15중량부;
나노세라믹 입자 5 내지 30중량부;
결합제 5 내지 10중량부;
산화방지제 3 내지 15중량부;
안정제 1 내지 10중량부;
파이버 5 내지 20중량부; 및
부착증진제 2 내지 20중량부를 포함하는 고등급 아스팔트 조성물에,
소듐 벤조 에이트를 아스팔트 100중량부를 기준으로 0.1 내지 1중량부로 더 포함하고,
메틸렌 디페닐 디이소시아네이트를 아스팔트 100중량부를 기준으로 0.1 내지 2중량부로 더 포함하며,
다이머산을 아스팔트 100중량부를 기준으로 0.1 내지 2중량부로 더 포함하고,
테트라에틸렌펜타민을 아스팔트 100중량부를 기준으로 1 내지 10중량부로 더 포함하는 고등급 아스팔트 조성물.

상기 제1기층형성단계 및 상기 제2기층형성단계를 통해 포설된 고등급 아스팔트 조성물을 양생하는 양생단계를 포함하는 고등급 아스팔트 조성물의 시공방법.
