Abstract
1) 70 내지 200 ℃ 범위의 펠렛 온도에서 불활성 기체, 스팀, 또는 불활성 기체와 스팀의 혼합물의 역류 모드 또는 교차흐름 모드로 작동되는 연속식 건조 기구에서 예비건조를 실시하고,
2) 이후, 120 내지 210 ℃ 범위의 펠렛 온도에서 이동 층이 있는 별개의 축 (shaft)에서 연속식 후축합을 실시하며,
여기서 상기 축은 불활성 기체, 스팀, 또는 불활성 기체와 스팀의 혼합물의 역류 모드로 작동되고, 불활성 기체는 축을 따라 2개 이상의 지점에서 주입되며, 15 내지 90%의 불활성 기체가 축의 기저에서 주입되고 10 내지 85%의 불활성 기체는 펠렛의 표면 아래 상부 1/2에서 주입되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (11)
2) 이후, 120 내지 210 ℃ 범위의 펠렛 온도에서 이동 층 (moving bed)이 있는 별개의 수직 덕트에서 연속식 후축합 공정을 실시하는 단계
를 포함하며,
여기서 상기 덕트는 불활성 기체 또는 수분 함유 불활성 기체의 역류 모드로 작동되고, 불활성 기체는 덕트를 따라 2개 이상의 부위에서 주입되며, 15 내지 90%의 불활성 기체가 수직 덕트의 기저에서 주입되고 10 내지 85%의 불활성 기체가 수직 덕트 내의 펠렛의 상부 표면 아래의 상부 1/2에서 주입되는,
