Claims (7)
- 바이오매스 유래 테레프탈산과 바이오매스 유래 1,3-프로판다이올을 중합하여 형성되는 고점도 폴리트리메틸렌테레프탈레이트와 저점도 폴리트리메틸렌테레프탈레이트가 사이드 바이 사이드형으로 형성되되,
상기 고점도 폴리트리메틸렌테레프탈레이트와 저점도 폴리트리메틸렌테레프탈레이트 내의 CHDCA(Cychlohexanedicarboxylic acid : C8H12O4) 함량이 1~2.5몰%인 것을 특징으로 하는 바이오매스 유래 원료를 이용한 폴리트리메틸렌테레프탈레이트 복합섬유. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 고점도 폴리트리메틸렌테레프탈레이트의 고유점도는 0.85~1.05g/d이고, 상기 저점도 폴리트리메틸렌테레프탈레이트는 고유점도가 0.8~0.90g/d인 것을 특징으로 하는 바이오매스 유래 원료를 이용한 폴리트리메틸렌테레프탈레이트 복합섬유. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 고점도 폴리트리메틸렌테레프탈레이트와 저점도 폴리트리메틸렌테레프탈레이트의 고유점도 차이는 0.05~0.10인 것을 특징으로 하는 바이오매스 유래 원료를 이용한 폴리트리메틸렌테레프탈레이트 복합섬유. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 폴리트리메틸렌테레프탈레이트 복합섬유는 강도가 2.5~3.5g/de이고, 신도가 45~65%인 것을 특징으로 하는 바이오매스 유래 원료를 이용한 폴리트리메틸렌테레프탈레이트 복합섬유. - 바이오매스 유래 테레프탈산과 바이오매스 유래 1,3-프로판다이올을 중합하여 형성되는 고유점도 차이가 0.05~0.10인 고점도 폴리트리메틸렌테레프탈레이트와 저점도 폴리트리메틸렌테레프탈레이트를 용융하는 용융단계;
용융된 고점도 폴리트리메틸렌테레프탈레이트와 저점도 폴리트리메틸렌테레프탈레이트를 사이드 바이 사이드형으로 복합방사하는 방사단계; 및,
방사된 복합섬유를 연신하는 연신단계를 포함하되,
상기 고점도 폴리트리메틸렌테레프탈레이트와 저점도 폴리트리메틸렌테레프탈레이트 내의 CHDCA(Cychlohexanedicarboxylic acid : C8H12O4) 함량이 1~2.5몰%인 것을 특징으로 하는 바이오매스 유래 원료를 이용한 폴리트리메틸렌테레프탈레이트 복합섬유 제조방법.
