Abstract
Description
도 2는 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 록킹부(100)의 단면도이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 제2솔레노이드 구동부(220)가 작동하면서 제2로드(221)가 걸림쇠(310)를 밀어냄에 따라 걸림쇠(310)의 단부가 록킹부(100)의 돌출부(130)에 위치되면서 제1클러치디스크(510)와 제2클러치디스크(520)가 서로 분리되기 시작하는 모습도이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 제2솔레노이드 구동부(220)가 계속하여 작동하면서 제2로드(221)가 걸림쇠(310)를 밀어내어 걸림쇠(310)가 록킹부(100)에 형성된 돌출부(130)를 타고 넘어간 뒤 제1솔레노이드 구동부(210)의 제1로드(211)에 접촉되는 모습도이다.
도 5는 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 제1클러치디스크(510)와 제2클러치디스크(520)가 분리된 모습도이다.
도 6은 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 제1솔레노이드 구동부(210)가 작동하면서 제1로드(211)가 걸림쇠(310)를 밀어냄으로써 걸림쇠(310)가 록킹부(100)에 형성된 돌출부(130)에 접촉된 모습도이다.
도 7은 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 제1솔레노이드 구동부(210)가 계속하여 작동하면서 제1로드(211)가 걸림쇠(310)를 밀어냄으로써 걸림쇠(310)가 돌출부(130)를 타고 넘어가, 제1클러치디스크(510)와 제2클러치디스크(520)가 결합된 모습도이다.
도 8은 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 제1솔레노이드 구동부(210)가 원위치로 작동된 모습도이다.
도 9는 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 작동 모습도이며, 도 10은 본 발명의 바람직한 또 다른 실시예에 따른 작동 모습도이다.

Claims (6)
- 본체에 형성된 록킹부(100)와;
상기 록킹부(100)에 접촉되는 걸림쇠(310)와;
상기 걸림쇠(310)의 일측에 배치되는 제1솔레노이드 구동부(210)와;
상기 걸림쇠(310)의 타측에 배치되는 제2솔레노이드 구동부(220);를 포함하되,
상기 제1솔레노이드 구동부(210)와 제2솔레노이드 구동부(220)는 상기 걸림쇠(310)를 사이에 두고 대향되고,
상기 록킹부(100)는,
상기 걸림쇠(310)가 제1스프링(311)을 최대 압축하는 위치에서 상기 걸림쇠(310)의 단부와 접촉되는 돌출부(130)와;
상기 돌출부(130)로부터 일측으로 연장되는 제1경사면(110) 및 상기 제1경사면(110)에서 연장되는 제1면(111)과;
상기 돌출부(130)로부터 타측으로 연장되는 제2경사면(120) 및 상기 제2경사면(120)에서 연장되는 제2면(121);을 포함하며,
상기 제1경사면(110)과 상기 제2경사면(120)의 기울기는 상이하고, 상기 제1면(111)과 상기 제2면(121)의 높이가 상이하되,
상기 제1경사면(110)은 제1클러치디스크(510)가 연결된 제1등속조인트(610)측 방향을 마주하며,
상기 제2경사면(120)은 제2클러치디스크(520)가 연결된 제2등속조인트(620)측 방향을 마주하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는,

- 제1항에 있어서,
걸림쇠(310)는,
상기 본체에 설치된 클러치디스크 중 어느 하나에 형성된 포크슬리브(300)의 일단에 마련된 상기 제1스프링(311)과 상기 록킹부(100) 사이에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는,

상기 클러치디스크는,
상기 포크슬리브(300)가 형성된 상기 제1클러치디스크(510)와;
상기 제1클러치디스크(510)에 대향되는 상기 제2클러치디스크(520)를 포함하되,
상기 제1클러치디스크(510)의 회전축은 스플라인으로 결합되고,
상기 회전축의 단부에는 제2스프링(512)이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는,

- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1솔레노이드 구동부(210) 또는 상기 제2솔레노이드 구동부(220) 중 적어도 어느 하나에는 포지션 센서(400)가 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는,

- 제5항에 있어서,
상기 포지션 센서(400)는 상기 제1솔레노이드 구동부(210)의 로드 또는 제2솔레노이드 구동부(220)의 로드에 결합된 것을 특징으로 하는,
