Claims (11)
- 엔진 작동을 검출한 제어기에서 엔진 연소음 목표값을 계산하고, 계산된 엔진 연소음 목표값에 맞춘 주분사시기 및 파일럿연료량에 의한 연소 후 실린더 압력을 측정하며, 측정된 실린더 압력을 실린더압력레벨(Cylinder Pressure Level)로 변환해 연소음지수(Combustion Noise Index)를 산출하고, 상기 연소음지수가 상기 주분사시기와 상기 파일럿연료량의 제어 시 분사변수제어에 적용되는 피드백파일럿분사제어;를 포함하고,
상기 피드백파일럿분사제어는, (A) 상기 측정된 실린더 압력을 FFT(Fast Fourier Transform)로 신호 처리해 상기 실린더압력레벨을 소음(dB)-주파수(Hz)의 관계로 표현하고, (B) 상기 연소음지수를 상기 실린더압력레벨의 소음(dB)-주파수(Hz)의 관계에서 산출하며, (C) 제동평균유효압력(Brake Mean Effective Pressure)의 기준값을 적용하고, 상기 기준값 이하 시 상기 연소음지수가 보정 없이 무보정 엔진 연소음 예측값으로 계산된 후 상기 분사변수제어에 적용되며, 반면 상기 기준값 이상 시 상기 연소음지수가 보정되어 보정 엔진 연소음 예측값으로 계산된 후 상기 분사변수제어에 적용되도록 수행되는
것을 특징으로 하는 엔진 연소음 피드백제어 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 엔진 연소음 목표값은 연료량, 엔진회전수(RPM), 변속기어단수, 흡기온, 냉각수온을 고려해 계산되는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진 연소음 피드백제어 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 실린더압력레벨은 측정된 실린더 압력을 FFT(Fast Fourier Transform)로 신호 처리해 소음(dB)-주파수(Hz)의 관계로 표현되고, 상기 연소음지수는 상기 실린더압력레벨의 선도에서 1/3 octave band filtering level의 주파수대역으로부터 산출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진 연소음 피드백제어 방법.
- 삭제
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 (B)에서, 상기 연소음지수[CNI(dB)]는 1/3 octave band filtering level의 주파수대역으로부터 산출되고, 상기 연소음지수[CNI(dB)]는 CNI(dB) = 10LOG (10(1000Hz level/10)+101250Hz level/10)+10(1600Hz level/10)+10(2000Hz level/10)+10(2500Hz level/10)+10(3150Hz level/10))(수학식1)인 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진 연소음 피드백제어 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 (C)에서, 상기 제동평균유효압력의 기준값은 연소압의 증가에 의해 엔진소음도 증가하는 영역인 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진 연소음 피드백제어 방법.
- 청구항 6에 있어서, 상기 기준값은 6bar인 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진 연소음 피드백제어 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 (C)에서, 상기 무보정 엔진 연소음 예측값은 엔진 소음(y)이 연소음지수(x)로 표현된 y = 0.0479x2 - 15.982x + 1403.3(수학식2)에서 산출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진 연소음 피드백제어 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 (C)에서, 상기 보정 엔진 연소음 예측값은 (c-1) 엔진 소음(y)이 연소음지수(x)로 표현된 y = 0.0822x2 + 2.6984x + 13.654(수학식3)이 연소음지수보정값 - 제동평균유효압력 선도로 변환되어 제동평균유효압력 구간별 연소음지수보정값을 산출하고, (c-2) 엔진 소음(y)이 상기 연소음지수보정값이 연소음지수(x)로 표현된 y = 0.0822x2 + 2.6984x + 13.654(수학식3)를 적용해 산출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진 연소음 피드백제어 방법.
- 청구항 9에 있어서, 상기 연소음지수보정값은 엔진 RPM에 대응하도록 정해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진 연소음 피드백제어 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 제어기는 ECU(Engine Control Unit)이고, 상기 실린더 압력은 엔진 실린더에 설치된 연소압 센서로 측정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진 연소음 피드백제어 방법.
