Abstract
Description
도 1은 E-UTRA에 의해 지원되는 일반적인 핸드오버 시나리오를 나타낸다.
도 2는 이벤트 LlA에 의해 트리거링된 주기적 측정 보고를 나타낸다.
도 3은 LTE 시스템에서 이벤트 트리거링 주기적 측정 보고의 프로세스의 흐름도이다.
도 4는 오직 하나의 이벤트가 트리거링된 경우 이벤트 트리거링 주기적 측정 보고를 지원하는 자원 스케쥴링의 프로세스의 흐름도를 나타낸다.
도 5는 예시적인 WTRU의 블록도를 나타낸다.

Claims (13)
- 측정 보고를 수행하도록 구성된 트랜시버 장치에서 사용하기 위한 IC(integrated circuit, 집적 회로)에 있어서,
서빙 셀로부터 셀 특유(cell-specific)의 레퍼런스 신호에 대한 측정량을 측정하도록 구성되는 회로부(circuitry);
보고 이벤트를 수신하도록 구성되는 회로부;
상기 보고 이벤트를 트리거링하는 경우에 측정 보고를 주기적으로 송신하도록 구성되는 회로부; 및
상기 측정 보고의 주기적 송신이 종료되고 전송된 보고의 횟수가 임계값 미만인 경우, 종료 표시(termination indication)를 송신하도록 구성된 회로부를 포함하며,
상기 보고 이벤트는,
상기 서빙 셀 상에서의 제1 측정량이 제1 임계값(threshold)보다 더 양호하게 되는 것,
이웃 셀 상에서의 제2 측정량이 상기 서빙 셀 상에서의 제3 측정량보다 미리 정의된 마진(margin)만큼 더 양호하게 되는 것,
상기 이웃 셀 상에서의 제4 측정량이 제2 임계값보다 더 양호하게 되는 것, 및
상기 서빙 셀 상에서의 제5 측정량이 제3 임계값보다 더 나쁘게 되는 것
중 적어도 하나의 경우에 의해 트리거링되는 것인, 트랜시버 장치에서 사용하기 위한 집적 회로(IC). - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 임계값 및 제3 임계값 중 적어도 하나는 절대 임계값인 것인, 트랜시버 장치에서 사용하기 위한 집적 회로(IC). - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 측정량, 제2 측정량, 제3 측정량, 제4 측정량 및 제5 측정량 중 적어도 하나는 RSRQ(reference signal received quality, 레퍼런스 신호 수신 품질)인 것인, 트랜시버 장치에서 사용하기 위한 집적 회로(IC). - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 보고 이벤트는 또한,
현재 사용되는 주파수의 추정 품질이 제4 임계값보다 아래이고 미사용 주파수의 추정 품질이 제5 임계값보다 위인 경우에 의해 트리거링되는 것인, 트랜시버 장치에서 사용하기 위한 집적 회로(IC). - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 측정 보고를 트리거링하기 위해 히스테리시스(hysteresis)가 제공(apply)되는 것인, 트랜시버 장치에서 사용하기 위한 집적 회로(IC). - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 측정 보고를 트리거링하기 위해 타이머가 제공(apply)되는 것인, 트랜시버 장치에서 사용하기 위한 집적 회로(IC). - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 보고 이벤트는,
현재 사용되는 주파수의 추정 품질이 제1 임계값보다 아래이고 다른 시스템의 추정 품질이 제2 임계값보다 위라는 측정에 의해 트리거링 되는 것인, 트랜시버 장치에서 사용하기 위한 집적 회로(IC). - 측정 보고를 수행하도록 구성되는 IC(integrated circuit, 집적 회로)에 있어서,
보고 이벤트를 가리키는 메시지를 WTRU(wireless transmit/receive unit, 무선 송수신 유닛)로 송신하도록 구성되는 회로부;
상기 WTRU에 의해 상기 보고 이벤트를 트리거링하는 경우에 상기 WTRU로부터 측정 보고를 주기적으로 수신하도록 구성되는 회로부; 및
상기 측정 보고의 주기적 송신이 종료되고 전송된 보고의 횟수가 임계값 미만인 경우에 송신되는 종료 표시(termination indication)를 수신하도록 구성된 회로부를 포함하고,
상기 보고 이벤트는,
서빙 셀 상에서의 제1 측정량이 제1 임계값(threshold)보다 더 양호하게 되는 것,
이웃 셀 상에서의 제2 측정량이 상기 서빙 셀 상에서의 제3 측정량보다 미리 정의된 마진(margin)만큼 더 양호하게 되는 것,
상기 이웃 셀 상에서의 제4 측정량이 제2 임계값보다 더 양호하게 되는 것, 및
상기 서빙 셀 상에서의 제5 측정량이 제3 임계값보다 더 나쁘게 되는 것
중 적어도 하나의 경우에 의해 트리거링되는 것인, 측정 보고를 수행하도록 구성되는 집적 회로(IC). - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 제1 임계값 및 제3 임계값 중 적어도 하나는 절대 임계값인 것인, 측정 보고를 수행하도록 구성되는 집적 회로(IC). - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 제1 측정량, 제2 측정량, 제3 측정량, 제4 측정량 및 제5 측정량 중 적어도 하나는 RSRQ(reference signal received quality, 레퍼런스 신호 수신 품질)인 것인, 측정 보고를 수행하도록 구성되는 집적 회로(IC). - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 보고 이벤트는 또한,
현재 사용되는 주파수의 추정 품질이 제4 임계값보다 아래이고 미사용 주파수의 추정 품질이 제5 임계값보다 위인 경우에 의해 트리거링되는 것인, 측정 보고를 수행하도록 구성되는 집적 회로(IC). - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 측정 보고를 트리거링하기 위해서 히스테리시스(hysteresis)가 제공(apply)되는 것인, 측정 보고를 수행하도록 구성되는 집적 회로(IC). - 제8항에 있어서,
