Claims (33)
- 식 (1)
[식 중, Ra 는 수소 원자 또는 C1 - C4 알킬기를 나타낸다] 을 갖는 화합물을, 라디칼 개시 시약의 존재하에서 산화제를 사용하여 산화시키고,
이어서, 얻어진 화합물을 암모니아 생성 시약, 및, 식 R1CHO [식 중, R1 은 수소 원자 또는 C1 - C4 알킬기를 나타낸다] 를 갖는 화합물과 반응시키는 것에 의한,
식 (5)
[식 중, R1 은 수소 원자 또는 C1 - C4 알킬기를 나타낸다] 을 갖는 화합물의 제조 방법으로,
상기 산화제가 할로게노숙신이미드 화합물 또는 디할로게노히단토인 화합물이고, 상기 암모니아 생성 시약이 암모늄염인 제조 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
R1 이 1-프로필기인 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
Ra 가 에틸기인 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
라디칼 개시 시약이 아조비스 화합물인 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
라디칼 개시 시약이 2,2'-아조비스(4-메톡시-2,4-디메틸발레로니트릴)인 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
산화제가 1,3-디브로모-5,5-디메틸히단토인인 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
암모니아 생성 시약이 아세트산암모늄인 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
반응이 차광 조건하에서 실시되는 제조 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
R1 이 1-프로필기이고, Ra 가 에틸기이고, 라디칼 개시 시약이 아조비스 화합물인 제조 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
R1 이 1-프로필기이고, Ra 가 에틸기이고, 라디칼 개시 시약이 2,2'-아조비스(4-메톡시-2,4-디메틸발레로니트릴)이고, 산화제가 1,3-디브로모-5,5-디메틸히단토인이고, 암모니아 생성 시약이 아세트산암모늄이고, 반응이 차광 조건하에서 실시되는 제조 방법. - 제 11 항에 있어서,
Ra 가 에틸기이고, 라디칼 개시 시약이 아조비스 화합물인 제조 방법. - 제 11 항에 있어서,
Ra 가 에틸기이고, 라디칼 개시 시약이 2,2'-아조비스(4-메톡시-2,4-디메틸발레로니트릴)이고, 산화제가 1,3-디브로모-5,5-디메틸히단토인이고, 반응이 차광 조건하에서 실시되는 제조 방법. - 하기 단계 (i) 내지 (vii)을 포함하는,
식 (13a)
를 갖는 화합물의 제조 방법:
(i) 제 2 항에 기재된 제조 방법에 따라 하기 식 (5)을 갖는 화합물을 제조하는 단계:
[식 중, R1 은 1-프로필기를 나타내고, Ra 는 수소 원자 또는 C1 - C4 알킬기를 나타낸다];
(ii) 단계 (i) 에서 수득된 식 (5)을 갖는 화합물과 식 MeMgX [식 중, X 는 클로로기, 브로모기 또는 요오도기를 나타낸다] 를 갖는 화합물을 반응시키는 단계;
(iii) 염기의 존재하에서 단계 (ii)에서 수득된 화합물과 4'-(브로모메틸)비페닐-2-카르보니트릴을 반응시키는 단계;
(iv) 고리형 아민염의 존재하에서 단계 (iii)에서 수득된 화합물과 아지화나트륨을 반응시키는 단계;
(v) 염기의 존재하에서 단계 (iv) 에서 수득된 화합물을 가수 분해하는 단계;
(vi) 단계 (v)에서 수득된 화합물을 트리페닐메틸 클로라이드와 반응시키고, 이어서 하기 식
을 갖는 화합물과 반응시키는 단계; 및
(vii) 단계 (vi)에서 수득된 화합물에서 트리페닐메틸기를 제거하는 단계. - 삭제
