Claims (3)
- 변속비를 무단계로 변경할 수 있는 배리에이터와, 상기 배리에이터의 출력측에 접속되고 복수의 마찰 요소의 체결 상태를 변경함으로써 변속단을 전환하는 부 변속 기구를 구비한 무단 변속기이며,
상기 부 변속 기구를 변속시킬 때 상기 배리에이터의 변속비를 상기 부 변속 기구의 변속비 변화 방향과 반대 방향으로 변화시키는 협조 변속을 행하는 협조 변속 수단과,
상기 협조 변속을 행하는 경우에, 상기 부 변속 기구의 변속이, 액셀러레이터 페달이 답입된 것에 의한 파워 ON 다운 시프트인지를 판정하는 파워 ON 다운 시프트 판정 수단과,
상기 부 변속 기구의 변속이 파워 ON 다운 시프트라고 판정된 경우에, 상기 부 변속 기구가 해방되는 마찰 요소의 용량을 상기 부 변속 기구의 목표 입력 회전 속도와 실제 입력 회전 속도의 차에 의한 회전 속도 피드백 보정량에 따라서 제어하는 피드백 제어 수단과,
상기 부 변속 기구의 입력 회전 속도가 정체하고 있는지 판정하는 회전 정체 판정 수단과,
상기 입력 회전 속도가 정체하고 있다고 판정된 경우에, 상기 부 변속 기구의 목표 입력 회전 속도 변화율과 실제 입력 회전 속도 변화율의 차에 의한 회전 속도 변화율 피드백 보정량을 상기 회전 속도 피드백 보정량에 가산하는 가산 수단을 구비한, 무단 변속기. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 피드백 제어에 의해 상기 부 변속 기구의 입력 회전 속도의 정체가 해소되었는지 판정하고, 해소되어 있지 않다고 판정한 경우는, 상기 배리에이터를 변속비 소측으로 변속시키는, 무단 변속기. - 변속비를 무단계로 변경할 수 있는 배리에이터와, 상기 배리에이터의 출력측에 접속되고 복수의 마찰 요소의 체결 상태를 변경함으로써 변속단을 전환하는 부 변속 기구를 구비한 무단 변속기의 제어 방법이며,
상기 부 변속 기구를 변속시킬 때 상기 배리에이터의 변속비를 상기 부 변속 기구의 변속비 변화 방향과 반대 방향으로 변화시키는 협조 변속을 행하고,
상기 협조 변속을 행하는 경우에, 상기 부 변속 기구의 변속이, 액셀러레이터 페달이 답입된 것에 의한 파워 ON 다운 시프트인지를 판정하고,
상기 부 변속 기구의 변속이 파워 ON 다운 시프트라고 판정된 경우에, 상기 부 변속 기구가 해방되는 마찰 요소의 용량을 상기 부 변속 기구의 목표 입력 회전 속도와 실제 입력 회전 속도의 차에 의한 회전 속도 피드백 보정량에 따라서 제어하고,
상기 부 변속 기구의 입력 회전 속도가 정체하고 있는지 판정하고,
상기 입력 회전 속도가 정체하고 있다고 판정된 경우에, 상기 부 변속 기구의 목표 입력 회전 속도 변화율과 실제 입력 회전 속도 변화율의 차에 의한 회전 속도 변화율 피드백 보정량을 상기 회전 속도 피드백 보정량에 가산하는, 무단 변속기의 제어 방법.
