Claims (5)
- 車両に搭載されて動力源の出力回転を変速し伝達する無段変速機であって、
変速比を無段階に変化させることができるバリエータと、
前記バリエータに対して直列に設けられる有段の副変速機構と、
前記バリエータ及び前記副変速機構の全体の変速比の目標値である到達スルー変速比を前記車両の運転状態に基づき設定し前記到達スルー変速比が実現されるように前記バリエータ及び前記副変速機構を制御するオートモード、及び、運転者からの入力操作に基づき前記無段変速機の変速段を選択し、前記到達スルー変速比を前記選択された変速段に基づき設定し、前記到達スルー変速比が実現されるように前記バリエータ及び前記副変速機構を制御するマニュアルモードのいずれかを選択可能な変速制御手段と、
を備え、
前記変速制御手段は、前記マニュアルモードが選択されており、前記副変速機構への入力トルクが正、かつ、前記副変速機構をダウンシフトさせる場合には、変速開始時に前記副変速機構の解放側摩擦締結要素の油圧を低下させ、かつ、この低下量を前記入力トルクが大きいほど小さくする、
ことを特徴とする無段変速機。 - 請求項1に記載の無段変速機であって、
前記変速制御手段は、前記副変速機構のイナーシャフェーズ中に、前記解放側摩擦締結要素の油圧を低下させたことによる前記解放側摩擦締結要素のスリップが発生した場合は、前記解放側摩擦締結要素の油圧を上昇させる、
ことを特徴とする無段変速機。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の無段変速機であって、
前記変速制御手段は、前記副変速機構の前記イナーシャフェーズが終了しトルクフェーズが開始した時に前記副変速機構の締結側摩擦締結要素の油圧をステップ的に上昇させる、
ことを特徴とする無段変速機。 - 請求項1から3のいずれか一つに記載の無段変速機であって、
前記変速制御手段は、前記マニュアルモードにおける前記イナーシャフェーズの目標時間を前記オートモードに比べて短く設定した、
ことを特徴とする無段変速機。 - 変速比を無段階に変化させることができるバリエータと、前記バリエータに対して直列に設けられる有段の副変速機構とを備え、車両に搭載されて動力源の出力回転を変速し伝達する無段変速機の制御方法であって、
前記バリエータ及び前記副変速機構の全体の変速比の目標値である到達スルー変速比を前記車両の運転状態に基づき設定し前記到達スルー変速比が実現されるように前記バリエータ及び前記副変速機構を制御するオートモード、及び、運転者からの入力操作に基づき前記無段変速機の変速段を選択し、前記到達スルー変速比を前記選択された変速段に基づき設定し、前記到達スルー変速比が実現されるように前記バリエータ及び前記副変速機構を制御するマニュアルモードのいずれかを選択し、
前記マニュアルモードが選択されており、前記副変速機構への入力トルクが正、かつ、前記副変速機構をダウンシフトさせる場合には、変速開始時に前記副変速機構の解放側摩擦締結要素の油圧を低下させ、かつ、この低下量を前記入力トルクが大きいほど小さくする、
ことを特徴とする無段変速機の制御方法。
